Picture quality is disappointing!

My other Samsung 4K has a much sharper picture. Could a Geek Squad person check my set, please? I am aware of the setting for dynamic, and while it does make the contrast sharper, the picture seems too light to give the 4K picture the sharpness and definition it needs.

Disappointed

Outgoing sounded like Darth Vader, incoming sounded like Mickey Mouse. I messed with it, read forums, but couldn't get it to work. Took it back.

Good Price, but Microphone not so good

But I was unable to adjust the microphone settings to get decent sound from the C920. The cam was mounted on the monitor. Distance between user and C920 is 24 inches. I cannot recommend this product. Sorry logitech.
