I purchased this for web conferencing. I am not happy with the quality of the product. I have a white background (office setting) and it appears to set the exposure for the background, instead of me.

I'm not sure what's going on but the product is compatible with my computer however anytime I try to use it it freezes and kicks everyone off. The playback is dark and buffers constantly as well.

The quality of the web cam was really good which is why I gave it two stars otherwise I would have given it only one (or zero if they would have let me.) If it won't work on Messenger and you are forced to use Skype then what good is it! A product of this type should not force you to use only one of the messenger apps. It might be true that it is a Facebook problem but I believe that a product should interface with Facebook since they are so popular with their messenger app. By the way I did return it because I needed it to work with Messenger.

Maybe I'm too picky... but this camera could definitely be better. My 3 year old phone takes higher resolution video and pictures by far. I would have thought a camera at this price would be much clearer.

Item received with a crack on it I tried to contact someone and no one replied so i used it anyway and it over heated and melted on my tv now my tvs broken and i don’t even have a freakin camera

I was not to thrilled with the audio quality, I might be returning it and comparing to the Logitech Pro. I heard that has better microphones.

was disappointed in Best Buy, saleperson did not have the knowelege of the camera. We had to call Samsung, to find out that it would not work with our TV.

The picture quality is good but i wish the field of view was better if i would have known i would have got a wide angle cam

I’m not thrilled with this camera. Lots of tunneling. Instructions are poor.

It’s okay, I mean it shows really nice if you’re in good lighting, but not so good in normal/low light.

Bought this for my daughter's computer. Okay for the money but could stand to have better resolution

Even with Logi software update still pretty clunky with Win 10

Had two previous Logitechs. Both eventually crapped out. Thought I would give them one more try.

After purchasing a 2015 iMac from Adorama, I quickly realized that I would need a camera upgrade, due to parts of our family still being in china, and us having to video call them. We chose this one for the price and ratings but its quality was way lower than expected. Sound also sounds HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend this product.

More features would definitely make this product better. Maybe something in an App.

I contacted their support for help, and after an hour on the phone they said they'll get back to me.

This is ok to use for standard webcaming but other than that uprade to something better
