I like the headset so far. It’s sounds good; you just have to play around with the audio settings to make it sound the way you want. Logitech’s control software makes this easy to do. Their software is easy to use and has more functionality than I expected.
My issue is the comfort. There is less padding on the ear pieces and head band than I would like. It’s not bad enough for me to return it. It just depends on what you prefer.
Overall, it’s worth the buy, especially if you catch it on sale (I bought it on sale).

I really like these headphones. They are comfortable, the sound quality is nice, and the microphone is good enough for gaming without complaints. I use this for online meetings as well, and they are perfect for that too. The 2 styles of covers included is a nice touch.

Perfect gaming headset, although I have yet to try the Logitech blu voice feature i hear its nothing to brag about but straight out of the box they sound great! Price is a bit steep considering you can get the wired for $129.99 and these wireless ones are $199.99
Thanks for sharing your experience—it’s always a pleasure to hear from happy customers. We’re delighted that our product is serving you well and making a difference in your day-to-day routine. We appreciate your trust in Logitech.

This is a great headset and it is super comfortable. The battery on it lasts all day without any issue, and I'm a "get up early and stay up late" on my computer type of person. My only disappointment was that Best Buy does not offer Geek Squad on this product. Maybe next time they will have it.
We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the Logitech G PRO X Wireless Gaming Headset! Your feedback on the sound quality, comfort, and connectivity is much appreciated. Thank you for choosing Logitech.

I love this headset. Super comfortable and sounds amazing. Microphone is great too. The head bamd on top has no risk of breaking like other headsets that use one plastic mold. Use it for gaming on the computer, PS5, and work from home to talk to clients.

The Logitech G Pro X wireless headphones deliver impressive sound quality with customizable settings, making them a standout choice. The inclusion of a loud side tone option adds a personal touch. Their compatibility with PS5 is a plus for gamers. However, the absence of Bluetooth support limits connectivity options, preventing simultaneous use with a phone while gaming. Despite this drawback, if you prioritize exceptional audio and customization for gaming, the G Pro X headphones are a compelling choice.

overall an extremely comfortable gaming headset that has top notch sound. Has great interface to adjust settings and EQ via the GHUB.
TERRIBLE MICROPHONE
You would think that the company that acquired Blue would have a great microphone but you would be wrong. Not only is the worst mic in its price range it is beaten out by wired $60 headset microphones. Even when enabling the Blue software that’s suppose to improve the quality it is still a sub par mic. Love logitech but if it was not for my standalone microphone this would have been a return

So, I’ve had this headset for just over two weeks. I play FPS games avidly and I’m fairly competitive and have a good understanding of products that work well with what I do. Anyway, there are audio problems where I can’t hear foot steps or shooting directly behind me. I’ve tried everything that Logitech initially suggests you to do to get them to work. Well, I can’t. Aside from that the mic software it has is really good once you get the EQ adjusted properly. They’re also comfortable and the sound quality is really good. Directional audio just kinda sucks. And I’m assuming that will change over time with firmware updates and things of that nature. But as of right now, I would steer towards another medium to high end headset if you’re using them for FPS or competitive games that you need a good headset to pick up audio queues and stuff.

The headphones feel slightly heavy and press in on your ears. The audio is ok. I like that it connects via a usb a stick and it's easier to connect while on the pc. I had steel series headphones that were more comfortable but I hated all the different audio options and could never get the right one to work.

The product offers good noise cancelling function. They are very comfortable around the ears. The mic attachment is fine but I would prefer it to be retractable.

My only complaint is that logitech refuses to allow all lightspeed devices to connect with one dongle. However without that its been a perfect experience, good mic, drivers sound boomy and balanced by default.
It's fantastic to hear that you're enjoying the G PRO X Wireless headset so much! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience, especially highlighting the great mic and the balanced sound right out of the box.

Bought this as a gift. I was told that they enjoyed the sound quality, but mostly the detachable mic. Not every game requires them to voice chat, so they appreciated being able to put it away.
They also informed me that they liked the design and how comfortable it was.

I've had these headphones for a little over a year now. Overall, they are very nice! Comfortable to wear and feel quite premium build-wise. The sound is solid as well. The big con for me is battery-life (thus one star off). Not bad by any means, but they certainly have to be charged fairly often if you play several long sessions. I also think the price is just a tad high, probably best to grab these on at least somewhat of a sale. I haven't had any connection issues or hissing sounds (unlike other reviewers; using the supplied dongle seems to clear that up). Nonetheless, these are great, go for it if you're thinking about it.
