    Build quality is good and Software is easy to Navigate and setup. My issue is that at 100% volume they would sometimes be very muffled and other times sounded fine. I could never figure out why they would sometimes be so quiet. Also in the game I play the mic would often become robotic sounding requiring me to disable the mic in game and then reenable it. These issues made it not worth it to me.

    The fit and build quality are great. The mic sounds good and doesnt pic up much background noise at all. However the sound quality is much lower than it should be for the price. There are some good adjustment options in g hub but the quality never quite reaches the price tag.

    After purchasing several other brands and returning them because of poor quality. ( just in my opinion) I use headsets for zoom meetings and listening to music. As you can tell I am not gamer. I wanted a wireless headset so that I could move around my home and still have good reception. I am completely satisfied .
