Got this on sale for $29. Glad I caught it on time. Excellent mice. I’m a mediocre gamer and I don’t need a $100 mice. Excellent build quality and I’m a satisfied customer.

It works like a G502 without the "extras"

This mouse is basically a stripped-down version of a G502. No bells and whistles. No weights, no extra LED lights, no changing colors to something else, no textured grip or braided cable. It works just fine.

Bought this for my son. He plays on the ps4 and PC. He ended up liking it very much. After testing it out, the ergonomics are nice and the motion is smooth. I think it's a good compromise in price vs performance. It's not the g903 but very good for the price.

The Logitech G402 is an amazing mouse for what it is. It may be a few years old now, but it still stands out as a good option. With 5 extra buttons that can be programmed to any sort of keybindings or macro you wish. I've found that setting the keys specific to certain games I play is really nice, and the profiles automatically activate once the game starts up,and revert to the default profile when no games are running. The clicks feel nice as well. Only two downsides are the lack of customizable lighting, since all you have is the G logo and three small lights on the side which can only shine one color, blue. And the other is that it doesn't include a braided cable, which is disappointing, but I'm not bothered by it too much. The cable is long, so it should reach your USB plug, whether for desktop or laptop. It's a great choice, and if it's on sale, it's practically a steal.

It’s a little difficult to customize the different buttons but once it’s set up to your personal settings it’s a game changer! The weight is perfect in your hand. Smooth movements and easy change dpi depending on what you’re working on!

The mouse is great. My only con about it is that it is kind of light. I prefer my mouses a little heftier. Over all though I'd say it's comparable to the G502 mouse.

Same sort of feel as the 502 but i honestly prefer the material on the sides, its more "grippy" and it helps my fingers stay on the mouse much better. Obviously the downside is that this is a last gen mouse so no hero sensor but still a good one nonetheless.

Got this on a whim as a back-up/travel mouse -- coming from a G502, this is a marked downgrade, so I am very biased. Take this write-up with a huge block of salt.
The feet are smooth and glide well, but I have a funny habit of slightly lifting to reposition (right-hand mouse, lift up left side, so tilted to the right), and that makes the rubbery grip on the right side catch on the mousepad (the 502's right edge grip is embossed hard plastic, so it doesn't catch on desk mats).
The rounding of the mouse buttons is very pronounced convex, which is subject to preference, I think. I prefer very slightly concave/contoured buttons like on the 502.
Build quality seems solid, but materials feel kind of cheap.
tldr get a 502 or something

You need to download an app from the Logitech website before the camera is even useful (I googled the model number to find this info out). Nothing was in the box about having to do this to get it to work properly. Docking a star because of that.
