It was working properly for about 3 months or so by it crapped out. The keys started sticking and there was phantom key presses. I uninstalled and reinstalled it worked of for a couple days then started back up. Its a nice looking keyboard and mouse but if you use it everyday, 50-80 hrs a week this is not for you. I purchases 2 and the second one also is starting to crap out.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're really sorry to hear about the issues you've run into—especially when you're relying on it for such heavy daily use. That kind of performance drop is definitely not what we want for you.

Functional but shallow keys

It performed as specified, but it wasn't a great fit for me. The keys were too shallow, which made typing too difficult. It wasn't possible to determine the key depth by the photos on the website. I returned it.

I bought my jeyboard and mouse on October 28, 2025 and on November 17, 2025 the knob on my mouse stopped working. I called Best buy to speak to someone about it but was told I only had 15 days to return it and since it had already passed, there was nothing they can do about it, especially since I didn't buy a warranty for it. I will never buy anything for Best Buy ever again.

Logitech wireless keyboard

Took me 4 hrs to try to hook up to Bluetooth, returned it, bought a different Logitech wireless key board, connected immediately
