In my case, if I used a front USB port on my PC (under my desk) everything was great. If I used a rear USB port, the connection was terrible. I've since gone ahead and got a USB extension cable so that I can use a rear USB port and then place the receiver beacon directly on my desk.

Keeps disconnecting

However, for my personal computer, the mouse keeps freezing and the keyboard will not type. Unsure if it is a USB port issue or the items themselves. Will need to reach out to Logitech.
