    Our computer came with a low-end keyboard. We bought this as a replacement and it works wonderfully. I'm using it now and as you can see, the letters are appearing on my screen as if by magic by simply pushing the corresponding key.

    I have purchased 2 of the MK710 combo. The first time was for at home use, then COVID hit and used for both work and home use as I worked from home. After about 1 month using the keyboard and mouse on 2 separate unifying receivers (1 for work computer, 1 for personal computer), the keyboard all of a sudden wouldn't pair with either computer. I contacted Logitech, but they had no fix. I purchased another combo, thinking I may have hit a snag of some sort. After using the new combo for less than 1 month, the same issue occurred and could not pair keyboard with either computer. Contacted Logitech support, but they had no solution. Was supposed to hear back from "elevated team" but still no response. After this experience, I am no longer a Logitech Fan.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the keyboard. You may need to update the drivers on your computer in order for the USB receiver to recognize it.
