Been working well over the last few months. The only issue has been the “L” key is losing the writing so it looks like a hyphen key now. Worried more will start soon
Hello, I am so sorry to hear about the lettering coming off. Luckily, this combo has a 3 year warranty so we can get that replaced for you! Here is the link to file a claim: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024918034-Warranty-Wireless-Desktop-MK710. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

Very good build quality. It has 4 legs for 2 different inclination heights. Smooth action and satisfying key presses. Writing this review precisely in this very same keyboard.

When I saw this keyboard in store I really like it so I ordered it online. I received it today and is SUPER disappointed. The white lettering on the "Page Down" key has already vanished. I paid $75 on this brand new keyboard so yes I would expect the quality to be way better than the white letterings to be vanishing already right out of the box. I will be returning this tomorrow.
Hi Fann, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the MK710 and the keyboard. Hope that you're able to get another MK710 because, obviously, the "Page Down" key shouldn't have been worn off out of the box. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

Purchased this keyboard combo in 2020 and the keys for the letters T and E are almost completely gone. My wired keyboard which I have had for years does not have any faded letters. Disappointed with this purchase.
Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that a couple of your keys are fading. That certainly shouldn't be happening after such little use. I would recommend contacting us via our support site to possibly get replacement keys or even a replacement keyboard with your warranty.

As a manager of a consulting firm operating 100% online, the reliability of our equipment isn't just a convenience - it's fundamental to maintaining professional credibility with our clients. After implementing the Logitech MK710 across our consulting team, I can confirm that this wireless combo has eliminated one of our major technical failure points. During critical client presentations, strategy sessions lasting 3+ hours, and real-time collaborative work sessions, the MK710 maintains stable connectivity without interruptions. The 2.4GHz technology with AES-128 encryption ensures we don't have embarrassing disconnections during key moments, and the 10-meter range allows mobility during presentations without losing equipment control.
The MK710's power management is especially critical in our intensive online services environment. With workdays frequently extending 10-12 hours between videoconferences, data analysis, and project documentation, we cannot afford interruptions from dead batteries. The 3-year battery life for the keyboard and 2 years for the mouse means our consultants can work without worrying about technical failures that compromise client deliverables or deadlines. The LCD status display provides early low-battery alerts, enabling proactive maintenance. Additionally, the keyboard's spill resistance has proven invaluable during those long coffee-fueled work sessions that characterize our intensive consulting environment.
Recommendation for professional online services: In a business where client trust depends on flawless execution of digital services, the MK710 eliminates technical variables that can compromise professional reputation. The plug-and-play functionality with the Unifying receiver minimizes setup time when consultants work from different locations, and universal compatibility with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) ensures consistent operation. For consulting firms that bill by the hour and cannot afford time lost to technical failures, the investment in the MK710 pays for itself by preventing costly interruptions and maintaining team productivity at optimal levels during critical project deliveries.
Thank you for this fantastic and detailed feedback. We are thrilled to hear that the MK710 has proven to be a reliable and fundamental asset for your consulting firm, eliminating technical failures during critical client interactions. Your insights into how our features support professional online services are invaluable to us.

Long-lasting combo

This is my second purchase of this combo. My first was 2-1/2 years ago. Of the first, the mouse is still going strong, but the keyboard lost its ability to copy and paste using Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V, as well as the Space Bar, because I use those keys so much (hundreds of times per day). I wanted the same unit again, because it has a built-in wrist rest; it shows the Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock on/off in the display as well as the battery level; the FN key alternatives are clear to read; there are extra keys for volume control; and the keyboard has a tactile touch. It seems nearly impossible to find all of these features in newer wireless keyboards, especially the Caps/Num/Scoll + Battery indicators. I would much rather have an older yet more comprehensive wireless keyboard than a newer and slimmer keyboard with less to see at a glance. I hope Logitech reads this review and comes out with a newer wireless model with all of these features (so far, their newer models miss something, especially the number of lighted indicators).

Keys are easy to type with, and it looks good. I can't think of anything I don't like about the kayboard I am using currently. However, the keyboard I had previous to this one, for some reason some of the keys did not want to work. I even tried changing the batteries, but that did not seem to help.
Thank you for your feedback on the MK710 keyboard and mouse bundle. We're so glad you're enjoying the easy and comfortable typing experience. We apologize for the issues with your previous keyboard and appreciate you choosing Logitech again.

love this keyboard. I work from home and needed something to keep up with my inbound call center job. I am constantly typing notes so I need a keyboard that can keep up and not get stuck when I am typing. I went into the store for another keyboard but unfortunately Best Buy didn't have it. I saw this one and decided to give it a try and glad that I did. It does great for me and my work from home needs. I didn't have the issues of any keys not having the functions or letters on them and this is a quiet keyboard. sometimes I feel like I have to type loud (so customers can here because for some reason they don't believe I am taking notes). it also has a wrist rest that is cushioned for typing. It states that they batteries have a 3 year life and I like the fact they didn't give me cheap knock off batteries as well. They gave ne Duracell batteries for the keyboard and mouse. The mouse is weighted so that did take some getting as I am used to light weight throw around the room mice. all in all so far so good...I love it
Thanks for the review! We love that the MK710 keeps up with your demanding workflow. The quiet keys and comfy wrist rest are perfect for long typing sessions. We appreciate you choosing Logitech!

This is the 4th one I have purchased and I love this keyboard.
Sadly, this one replaces one I had in my office which fell victim to a rather large cup of coffee that shorted out the center of my keyboard and provided me with years of service.
The battery life in both the keyboard and mouse are very good, and using rechargeable batteries helps as well.
I also use the same keyboard connected to the PC's I have linked to my TV's. The range is no problem for either the mouse or the keyboard. Definitely a solidly built product.

I was surprised that the keyboard was so easy to use. The keys are easy to press and and appeared on the computer screen as fast as they were touched. the design of the keyboard makes it very comfortable to use and both the mouse and keyboard are lightning fast in response to their use. I noticed that I no longer have the habit of swirling my mouse around to see where the pointer is, and I no longer have to repeat the same move over again. This mouse is like the extension of your finger. It moves as you move and it does not drop things. Another great thing I noticed is that I can turn off the mouse when it is not being used. The mouse will pay for itself in a short time by reducing the batteries that need to be purchased.

I've had this keyboard and mouse set for about 2 years now so I feel I can adequately review it. I’m an IT professional and between work, training pursuits and my own generally nerdiness I spend most of my waking hours parked in front of it. And it has proven to be an excellent companion. I purchased it so I could toggle easily between my work laptop, personal laptop and iPhone and it has performed very well in that capacity. I also wanted a keyboard that employed encryption (it’s shocking how easy it is to hack many wireless keyboards) and this fit the bill for under $80. Under this extreme usage battery life is about ten months, more than adequate in my opinion.
Wow, that's fantastic to hear! It sounds like the MK710 has been a great fit for your multitasking needs. We especially appreciate you highlighting the long battery life, even with extensive use. Thank you for sharing your experience!

This is a nice combo set at a reasonable price. The keyboard has a large wrist pad, which I definitely prefer, and the specialty buttons for media, etc., are an added bonus that I have used much more than I thought I would.
The mouse is on the larger size than most, but I don't find it enormous. It tracks well.
Both components seem to have very good battery life so far.

I bought this as a replacement unit for a Sony computer that came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse was double clicking on its own and the keyboard had started sticking.
This Logitec works well and setup and compatibility were easy and work well together. I didn't want the cheapest unit and I didn't want the most expensive. This fit that bill and I am completely happy with it in use. I have been using it now for about two months and am having no issues at all.

I needed a new keyboard and I bought this Logitech - MK710. The set up was easy and the display is convenient to view. The feel of the keys are easy on the fingers with a light grip. Over all this is a great keyboard and mouse.

Typical Logitech quality and value. The glossy black plastic on the keyboard is a fingerprint magnet and scratches easily, but this is one of the cheapest Logitech kb/mouse combos that includes a full size mouse and a good one at that. The status display (including battery) is a nice touch and makes up for the issues with the glossy black plastic. Keyboard is comfortable, butt maybe a little bigger than it needs to be, so keep that in mind if your desk space is limited. Otherwise, highly recommended.
The Logitech MK710 is a budget-friendly keyboard and mouse combo that offers good value for the price. While it may have some drawbacks, like the glossy black plastic and slightly larger keyboard size, it still provides a solid typing and mousing experience.
