Not as responsive as earlier version purchased but still like design of both keyboard and mouse. Going to put fresh batteries in to see if makes difference.

I used to be all about MS products but they just don't seem to hold up for the price. This set has nice range too which is very important as I use it from across a room.

If you are looking to go wireless, this combo works great. It only takes one USB port to work both the keyboard and mouse. I have had no problems with the connection.

Once in a great while I swear I'll notice a "wake up" delay of a half second or so if I haven't used the keyboard in a while.
Other than that, it's comfortable and quiet, but provides a good tactile keyboard experience.

I really like the ergonomic keyboard. Unfortunately, I didn't read every line on the box before purchase and didn't realize that the mouse is right-handed. Also unfortunate is the wireless connection which is unreliable. I am currently working with Logitech in an attempt to resolve this. I hope they can also help me turn off the side "back" button that I keep hitting.
Hi Kelly A, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions: If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons, including: • Low battery charge • Moving the USB receiver from one USB port to another • Moving the USB receiver to another computer • Plugging the USB receiver into a USB hub, KVM switch or other unsupported device. (NOTE: Your USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.) • Using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces • Radio frequency (RF) interference from other sources If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech Support on the website. Everything good except the odd shape doesn't fit well into the keyboard holder built into my computer desk. So it loses some of its ergonomic benefit. I am constantly adjusting to ensure max comfort.
