Received this webcam as a gift and it just stopped working after 6 months and tried everything in the book to fix it. Disappointed.
That sounds troublesome! Try a different USB port on your computer and make sure the camera isn't connected to a USB hub or docking station. Also, try rebooting your computer and connect the camera to a different computer to see if it works. If the issue is persistent, please contact Logi support.

Lost the tripod mount and Logitech will not offer a replacement - their support told me to just but another camera. This is really poor
Hello Stuart, we are sorry to hear that the tripod mount that came with the webcam was misplaced. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace the tripod, since we don't have those sold separately. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, you're able to use other tripods as well. We recommend looking at various options and choosing one that best suits you for your needs.
