Horrible Customer Service, buyer BEWARE

I had issues with installation. The ONLY customer service support that is offered is via email. You cannot talk or chat with anyone live. The emails that were sent to me were completely useless. I have now wasted $40 and could not get the product installed on my Mac. Please, do not do business with this company.
