    We purchased this as a recovery tool for my son after pitching. I have also been using it for my own aches and pains. It's well worth the investment and I highly recommend.

    This product was recommended to my son, who is a high school pitcher, by his coach for recovery after pitching. It has helped greatly in reducing the soreness and tiredness of his muscles. It is easy to use and does not take a long time.
