    This is not about the speaker, its about the experience I recently had with BestBuy store. I did a curbside pick up on Friday and upon returning home I noticed that the seal of the box was opened already. All the documents, wall brackets, rubber pads that comes in the box was missing. The speaker had fingerprint all over the place. I was unhappy that this could have easily avoided by checking when BestBuy processed my order. I believe what I received was an open-box item or a returned one. When I went to the same store to return the item and explained why I am returning the item, the store didn't even care to apologies for the experience I had. All I was asked what 'What would I like to do about it?'. It was disappointing that the store like BestBuy who use to be great in customer service is going down hill. It was a waste of time for everyone from order processing to return. This is certainly a bitter experience I had with BestBuy in recent days.

    The dialogues are definitely clearer and done just having my two def tech towers with the atmos . I still believe that the def tech center speaker is better.

    Good speaker works for the regular tv not for the movies. Dialogues were not clear enough. Returning to get 52-C from Klipsch.
