    I bought tthis at the time of my purchase of a new HP Laptop at Best Buy. I thought I was buying one (1) year of antivirus protection. It turns out to me solely an identifty theft detection program. So, why suggest it be bundled with the purchase of a new laptop rather than offer us the option to buy a one (1) subscritpion to McAfee antivirus. I tried to return it for a refund right away but was told that is not possible because the purchase was a download -only and they don't do that. So, with help from the Geek Squad, I bought a one (1) year subscription to Web Root instead. :-) :-(

    Difficult site to navigate. Also, 30 days into the 90-day Trial it gave me notification that my trial had expired. Trying to correct this was extremely time-consuming.
