After doing research for a large screen TV, receiver, and surround sound speaker system my wife and I went to Best Buy to compare what we selected on Amazon with Best Buy's pricing. We were assisted by Humberto Urgiles and he was quite helpful. After reviewing the items Humberto suggested we have their Geek Squad service visit our apartment and confirm our selection with relation to our room. Omar Amedee setup an appointment to visit our apartment and he arrived promptly and reviewed our layout and confirmed our selection of equipment. We then met with Omar at Best Buy to finalize and pay for the equipment. Best Buy's cost was considerably higher than Amazon but Omar worked with the manager and was able to match costs. We appreciate that Best Buy honored their commitment to price match. Angel and his assistant from the Geek Squad arrived promptly to install the TV, receiver, and speakers. Angel was very knowledgeable and they mounted the TV, and installed the receiver and speakers. Angel then told us about a universal remote control which would simplify using the new system. We setup a subsequent appointment with Angel and he arrived and configured and demonstrated the remote. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service and courtesy of the Best Buy and Geek Squad personal. We appreciate the service and knowledge your employees demonstrated. Dan & Nina

I scheduled for someone to come out and provide a consultation for home speakers to be installed. The appointment took about 3 weeks to get and when the person arrived they were in my home a total of maybe 10 minutes. They provided me with recommendations that I probably could have googled on the internet. This was a waste of my time. I will probably do my own research because they offered no assistance. I don't even think he could give an estimate on what to expect the price to be.

The techs were highly proficient and did an excellent job installing our home entertainment system and explaining everything to us. We bought an LG OLED TV and a Geek Squad tech is coming a few weeks from now to calibrate the new set (they recommend the customer become familiar with the new set before doing the calibration, which I'm glad they do). . Based on our experience with the installation of our new system, I would highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The I nstallation hasn't been done yet but I am looking forward to receiving all of our new equipment. I have the utmost trust in the sales person I worked with, the geek squad rep who did the consultation and is going to do the installation and Best Buy, in general, since we've worked with them in the past and been very pleased by what we have purchased and had installed.

Greg came to our home to consult us on the new system purchase. He ask right questions to understand what we needed. He also offered a wealth of information. In the end Greg suggested products and when were were ready to buy handled the purchase and all related installation arrangements (at a different time). I highly recommend Greg's services!

I basically knew what type of new entertainment system I was looking for including the OLED TV. The consultation not only verified information I had already researched, but inform me of other aspects as well. I am very pleased with the entire process and purchased a new entertainment system to the specifications as recommended.

We had a consultation for our second system from a Geek Squad representative and would highly recommend it. Both times they suggested slightly different components than what we had chosen in the store, and the recommendations were spot on. The installation went smooth and we were highly satisfied.

This consultation was very informative. I learned more efficient places to put our modem/router that would give us the most access/speed throughout our home. I also learned how to maximize speed to accommodate a 4K TV and various tablets and phones without stressing our internet service.

Jamie cane out to look at our custom TV installation problem. She covered all the issues, explaining everything in detail. She also called on the expertise of another GS member who had experience with situations like ours. We were very satisfied with her advice and the eventual installation.

Consult was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all or questions. Never felt pressured into having to purchase exactly what was on proposal.

I recently had a Geek Squad home consultant swing by for a peek at my home to give me some advice and input on my current setup. She was a nice gal, and I was impressed with her knowledge. I'm going to use the info to make a home theater decision in the next few months.

A Best Buy associate advised me on installation of a new surround sound system. Let me just say he saved me a ton of money and I've got the system I have always wante. This was my 4th system but with Best Buy's help it is right on for my budget!

I was waiting for 8:00AM to 1:00 pm but no one came and did not call to informed that they are not coming. When called at customer care then they are saying I have to take another appointment. I think they should respect others time.

Met with Home Theatre consultant in North Attleboro store. He was extremely patient and thorough and was able to provide me with my needs for pre-wiring and audio for a new build, I will definitely be purchasing ( in May) items discussed

Overall, the consultation was a good experience. However, the final options presented were priced highly!

Prior to purchasing a larger TV, I asked in-store personnel to recommend best option for size, etc. considering the location and installation restrictions I had to work with ... got the best service and follow up!
