    The geek squad member came over to advise about installing TV over fireplace. He could not provide any suggestions as it seems BB does not do it.

    This consultation was very informative. I learned more efficient places to put our modem/router that would give us the most access/speed throughout our home. I also learned how to maximize speed to accommodate a 4K TV and various tablets and phones without stressing our internet service.

    Had an appt for a consultant to help us with our media room sound system. They never showed , nor called. We budgeted and were ready to hear what they had to say but , nothing. When we called to see why they were a no show, no one had answers. We decided to use some one else.

    I asked for an in-home consult from the store in West Miami on installation of a projection television system. They came out and measured but never followed up. I did the calculations with Epson directly and all is well. Best buy was no help.

    Guy cane to give the estimation for our hometeatre consultation and told that he will send the quote and after 4 days and two messages and calls he replied with quote but that quote doesn’t have much details and not even detail pricing

    I was waiting for 8:00AM to 1:00 pm but no one came and did not call to informed that they are not coming. When called at customer care then they are saying I have to take another appointment. I think they should respect others time.

    I can't write a review for Best Buy consultation services, because the system will not even allow you to schedule an appointment, This is true of going to their own staff to do it (in-store, online and on the phone). I have never witnessed such a poor organization. if you take my experience, and multiple that by 1,000 people, BB stands to lose millions of dollars in the process and all they have to do is fix their software. The fact that they cannot even do that simple software repair, questions you about the entire expertise claim they make.
