Rec'd laptop and it didn't work. Took it in to store, and after 90 minutes or more, they still couldn't get it to work. I had to return it to them, and order a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Item didn’t turn on. They should probably test it to make sure it’s fully functional before trying to sell it.
