We absolutely love this laptop. Super fast and lightweight. Beautiful screen. The touch screen has been spot on. Windows 10 has been quite easy to us.

I am so in love with this laptop. I recently started back in college and needed a computer that was fast and portable. This laptop is amazing, it is so light and thin. The display is amazing and for the size of the laptop the speakers are fantastic. Typing on this thing is smooth and pleasurable. The battery life is great too!! The only thing I'm not the hugest fan of is the fabric keyboard cover as I already got a pen mark on it :( Hopefully I can get it out. Otherwise I am still in love with this thing 2 months later :)

I have to carry my laptop all over the place for work, I’m glad I chose this laptop, it’s super light, the battery charges fast and the battery’s life is awesome! I find myself using the touch screen a lot. I bought a wireless mouse to make my life easier but I had to connect it 3 times before it finally recognized the device, same thing for the printer at work but after the second time it connects automatically. It fits so nicely in my bag and I hardly feel it’s weight. It finds WiFi networks even from across the building, Love it!

I love the look and feel of this computer! It runs fairly fast and the touch screen is great! Wish I could’ve selected a color other than gray though... especially for a $1,000 computer.

I am replacing my 2015 Lenovo Edge 15. That and my other HP made me hate touch in a laptop. The computer was huge, unwieldy, and made my back hurt. That is to say that whatever laptop I got, I ultimately was going to be satisfied. Size wise, I didn't want to go to extremes like my other laptop choices (15 inch and 11 inch screens) I settled that 13.5 would be big enough to see, but portable enough for a college student. All this is to say, if you are in a similar situation as me, and simply want a laptop that will serve all basic purposes, this will do the job. I wanted to get a MacBook, but after the unreliability of the keyboards and discomfort of them, I am so glad I got this one. If you want an un-problematic, durable, best of all world's device, I would recommend this one in a heartbeat. I got platinum. Beautiful color. It will show scratches, and I stained the alcantara every so subtly with buffalo sauce. I'm sure that black and other colors won't stain. I don't regret getting the classic platinum though. There are many Surface Laptop 2 skins online to protect against scratches as well. I believe that I covered most bases with my review. Overall it is a recommend!

Such an upgrade from my last laptop. It’s so slim and fast. I love the Face ID. It’s a bit expensive, but so worth it.

There are many features to like about this product. This laptop is user-friendly and easy to use. I requested Geek Squad to set up my laptop but I think I would have needed Geek Squad to set up my laptop regardless of the brand I bought. The touch-screen is desirable and allows users an additional way to navigate an interface or select options on the screen. The device is also very light weight. Typing and composing documents is my primary reason for buying this laptop. I suppose one disadvantage is the battery is depleted quickly. However, that is an insignificant disadvantage.

Just an amazing overall laptop . Great battery great speaker great keyboard and super light weight

first, I really like the soft touch feel to the surface around the trackpad and keyboard. In the winter it's nice that the laptop doesn't feel cold and metallic. The keyboard itself is great for typing and I ended up getting the entry level i5 in hopes the battery would last longer. I didn't need the stronger CPU and the i5 has worked pretty well for the most part. I also really like the new Windows 10 phone sync and messaging capabilities that you can install. it's great with android but not so great for iPhone.

I got this laptop for school and for fun and it’s been great. It is so fast and I love the facial recognition to unlock. I’ve also been able to play rocket league in it which is the only game I care to play. It can be glitchy at times, but then again so is my Xbox. It’s so sleek and comfortable, I’m so glad I got it!

I was genuinely surprised by this laptop! It’s so lightweight and easy to carry around campus. It’s great and running multiple tasks at once and it’s so comfortable to type on. I would definitely recommend this laptop to students. The only issue I have with it is that sometimes the mouse delays, so you’ll be trying to use it on the trackpad but it’ll seem stuck on the screen. This can sometimes last several minutes so I usually just use the touchscreen during these instances.

I used a Fujitsu laptop in high and this was a very easy transition. One note being included make it very easy to get back into the swing of taking notes. It is a very good looking laptop and the Alcantara was a very nice addition to make this laptop just a little more stylish. It does everything that I need to do so far in college and I expect nothing less of it!!

This surface in particular is very light which makes it very portable. It has this surface on the inside that makes it feel nice which is different from its only metal countertop. It is very fast in terms of creating word documents, and surfing the internet. However for me I thought this would be enough to be able to run Lightroom or photoshop smoothly. Unfortunately it is not which is disappointing but for the price point that I purchased this for it does the job.

This is a great little laptop. The keyboard has a nice feel to it and I like the light up feature. It fires up quickly is easy to maneuver. I took away a star because Microsoft doesn't provide Office programs free with purchase and I think at this price point it should be.
