I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this laptop at first. I felt it was a bit pricey for being only an i5 but I loved how it looked and how compact it was. Well after about a month of using it I would say it was worth it. It’s def windows version of the Mac book. It’s light and sleek and it’s fast for me thus far. Hope that it will last long like a lot of macs do also. Overall I’m impressed with the way the machine works and appreciate its aesthetic and portability!

Microsoft has yet done it again. Microsoft has released the Surface Laptop 4 series and depending on your need you can pick up a powerhouse. Surface Laptop 4 like the previous year models are available in 13.5- and 15-inch models and they range from Ryzen 5 all the way to up to Core I7. The model I tested has 11th Gen Intel Core i5 Processor with 8GB of LPDDR4X ram and 512GB of SSD Storage. The laptop also features a touchscreen LCD display running at 2256 x 1504 screen resolution on an Intel Iris Xe graphics card. The surface features 720p front facing camera and provides blazing internet speeds with its Wireless-AX card. You will also be amazed by the Dolby Atmos speakers and Bluetooth 5.0 providing you the latest tech in sound quality. The Surface Laptop 4 looks and feels beautiful with its full aluminum finish and design giving it that high end feel all while being amazingly thin, lightweight and super portable. The Surface Laptop has a height of .5 inch, 12.1 inches wide and 8.8 inches deep and only weighs 3lbs. It also features a USB, USB-C and an audio jack, which I am glad Microsoft has decided to keep. Now, I have been using this laptop for a few days and based on its specifications it has performed well. We used the laptop to make Zoom video calls, while running google classroom for my kids, preparing this review, watching movies, using it for work (Running CAD, and designing software), and playing some video games. Most of the tasks performed well except for running CAD and playing video games. Although lite video games are ok, I would not recommend running anything graphics heavy on the laptop. The laptop is great for home use, light office work and entry level gaming. The Intel Core I5 in this laptop is a good processing unit, but its an entry level unit. Also, the 8 GB of ram is not enough to run some of the designing software. Overall, the Surface Laptop 4 is an excellent entry level machine. It will be an amazing tool in helping you complete everyday task whether for business or pleasure.

So far its a dream. Fast easy to use, light as a feather, Versatile, and a great picture.

after a few weeks of use I can conclude that this is a Perfect laptop for a student. The hardware exceeds actual student demands and other unique features make this laptop a great pick! Microsoft definitely knows how to deliver a quality product. Aesthetically the laptop has a very smooth matte finish and is overall a user friendly laptop.

This is a great laptop and super lightweight. Easy to open with one hand. Battery holding up well for long duration. Screen size is super friendly for documents as it is taller compared to others. Purchased this to replace a previous laptop and am very pleased with our decision. Has everything we need for my daughter to take to college.

I love this laptop got it for college due to having Microsoft accounts through school. Life changer very light and easy to take everywhere and to my classes. The charger it came with also allows for a usb to be plugged in so that helps with charging my devices

Love this laptop. Super pretty color and light. Very portable and the perfect size if you will be doing a lot of moving. I have been on the look out for a laptop for college and I think I hit the jackpot with this one.

The lightest, easiest and prettiest laptop I've ever owned.

Size of the laptop is perfect - 13.5 inch touch screen. Lightweight for daily use and travel. Ease of use setting up laptop initially, and it starts up quickly each time. Coming back to a Microsoft model, like the Microsoft Edge feature. Very happy with this model and highly recommend.

I purchased this Surface for my spouse. We researched many other options at lower and higher price points and specifications. We ultimately settled on upgrading from an older model Surface II. The product arrived when promised. Installation was relatively simple and compatible with embroidery design software and hardware. fit and finish of the unit as well as great Champagne color and compactness was a perfect match for her needs.

Got this fir my daughter. Not east to get as it seems to be a popular model. She really likes it’s easy use, speed and size.
