First off, I'd like to say that this is my first ever official Xbox headset. I had high expectations for it, and let me say that it reached my expectations and gone a bit beyond that. I love the audio quality and being able to play around with the equalizer - when I watch movies or videos everything sounds so clear, and I can easily adjust the audio thanks to the ergonomic volume adjusters. When I play games like Call of Duty or Outlast Trials I'm able to hear every little footstep AND the position it came without having to lock-in and strain my ears. My favorite feature though is the ability to connect the headset not just to my Xbox but also to my phone or laptop at the same time, and as someone who had to wear earbuds and a cheap headset just to be able to listen to some music, this is a massive improvement and one of the key features that made me buy this headset specifically. Overall, I really like the product for its audio quality and comfortable fit, and I'd recommend it for anyone who values comfort, sound quality, customization options, and being able to link to other devices while gaming!

This is a headset made for xbox video game console. It plays audio, and sounds alike. You can make it loud or quiet, and you can even hear voices! The bass is a bit too loud but you can configure them. Sometimes I wear sweats when I wear these headphones to increase comfort. Maybe have a hot chocolate. Not coffee though, I stopped drinking coffee a few months ago. For a while it would make me poop then it stopped making me poop and the caffeine made me head hurt so I said nuh-uh mr. Folgers. Also basketball is my favorite sport bye

Great product. Solid sound, bass, treble, mic quality is amazing. Though it did not come with a cable as it is supposed to in the box. But I have an elite 2 controller and luckily the charging cable for it also fits the headset as well.
Best part: no dongle or extension cable required seamlessly pairs between 2 devices (Any xbox one console and any other Bluetooth compatible devices).

My only gripe is the size. This headset at max adjustments just barely fits my head. I’m a little afraid of it snapping when I put it on. Although I do have locs, this is the first headset out of many that I have had this happen before.
Easy to setup and go. Great sound quality. The chat and in-game mixer is simple and works pretty good so far. Microphone is a decent length with great voice detection and doesn’t pick up a lot of background noise. The microphone also tucks away for easy storage Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I returned a pair of turtle beach Recon 700’s to get this headset and so far I am not regretting it.

The headset is great. Has a nice weight to it. Sound quality is top tier. Easy to connect. Love that you can connect to mobile device. Only issue is that it doesn't come with a charger cord. So if you not using a type c charger you will have to purchase one.

Super easy to set up, excellent microphone and sound quality. You can even get 3rd-party cloth ear pads if that’s your preference. I’ve had mine for awhile now and have zero complaints.

I bought this headset before a few years ago from a different store and I loved it and then it got broken so I came to Best Buy to purchase another one. I was lucky enough to find an open box in excellent condition that works perfectly and I’m so glad I made this purchase. I haven’t had no issues with it at all so far I would definitely buy again no

I purchased the first gen of these and I loved them so I figured these new ones would be great but I was wrong… The microphone cuts in and out, sometimes the headset won’t connect at all and my friends online say the mic sounds like “garbage”, sound quality is okay not much better than the original ones though. If you have the first gen save your money and buy something else.

This Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset delivers impressive audio quality and comfort for the price. Setup is effortless—just pair it directly with your Xbox Series XS, Xbox One, or Windows 10/11 PC, no dongles or cables required. The sound is rich and immersive, with solid bass and clear highs, especially when using Dolby Atmos or Windows Sonic.
The mic is clear and retractable, and the rotating earcup dials for volume and chat balance are intuitive and satisfying to use. Battery life holds up well for long sessions, and the fit is snug without being too tight.
If you want a wireless headset that nails the essentials—great sound, easy pairing, and solid build—this one’s a strong contender.

I actually have two of these, one for my Xbox Series X and one for my Xbox Series S. They connect easily to your Xbox as you would expect. The sound quality is good for the price point. The large rotary dials on the ear cups make adjusting the volume and the game/chat mix very easy. No hunting for small buttons or wheels. The mic has a light near the tip that lets you easily see if it is hot or muted. Charging is USB-C and lasts for many hours or gaming sessions between charges. The mute and power/pairing buttons are easy to locate on the left ear cup while wearing the headphones. I have fairly large ears and the ear cups fit over them pretty comfortably with little need for adjustment. The only con I have is the headset does occasionally disconnect and then reconnect from my Xbox while in use. Annoying but not a game breaker. All in all a good value for the money.

The new and improved Xbox wireless headset is great, the battery life is much better than the old one, and the Bluetooth range is better too, i can go around different parts of my house away from my Xbox and it still stays comnected with little distoration. Headset is very premium feeling out of the box, it doesnt feel like cheap plastic it feels nice and heavy. Sound quailty i would say sounds the same as the previous Xbox Wireless Headset from 2021, the bass is excellent, great for listening to music. I also like the Xbox headset interface built into the accessories app on the Xbox. One negative: it doesnt come with a USBC cable in the box to charge the headset, for a $120 headset it should have came with a USB-C cable, for me its not a big deal since i have plenty of cables.

Believe it or not, really great headset for the price. I’ve been disappointed with many more expensive headsets, especially with low volume on the others. The pairing to Xbox Series X and another device (iPhone) works well, no noticeable latency. The mic is also fairly good quality, I’ve always had a fan running in the background and people have asked if I got rid of it. The only downside I can see is the size, both arms fully extended it is still tight and can lead to fatigue. Would definitely recommend for the modest price.
