we purchased these phones last year and have nothing but problems with them. When a call comes in, we hear nothing but static when we answer the phone. we then have to run to another phone and pick that up and hang up the other phone to hear the person. Ridiculous. of do not waste your money. I just got off the phone with someone at Best Buy in Maplewood, MN and they told me my 15 day return was up and I cannot return the phones. terrible return policy.

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I had to. I wish I had known not to buy this phone. My biggest complaints are with the answering machine. When a call comes in and a message is being left, you must have a phone in hand to screen the call. This is not always possible. Like when I am in the middle of cooking dinner or changing a diaper. It would be nice to simply hear the message as it is being left. Also, when I call in from an outside line to check my messages it never works. I have called Motorola for help. First, they had a hard time even finding the model number because they said it has been discontinued. Then they told me to unplug all phone and reset them. I did this and it worked one time to call in. I can not reset the phone every morning before going to work, that is crazy! I plan to return the phone!
