Whenever I am asked to pay to get savings I have to stop and look carefully at what I'm being offered. Most of the time I'm someplace I'll never come back to and I want the discount on my one purchase, most likely because I will never return to that store. But this is Best Buy, and let's face it, I'm going to end up dropping money here more often than I probably should. For 50 dollars a year, the Best Buy Plus membership is not a bad deal. It was paid for out of my first purchase of a MacBook where I saved 50 dollars because of the membership (so it was "free"). So now for the year, I get access to certain items with an extra discount which is nice. But there is more!!! Once I looked over the dashboard (yes, you get your own dashboard) there are a few more perks that come with the membership: 1. There is an assortment of free trials for decent amounts of time that you can dip into. 2. You get 60 days instead of 30 days to return things, so try and buy to your heart's content (you break it you buy it) 3. I'm impatient when it comes to shipping. If I'm laying to some good money I want my product immediately. But we all know everything isn't in stock, so two-day free shipping is a perk, not bad, and on part with Amazon Prime. 4. There is also a rewards point thing that you get discounts and rewards depending on how much you spend, and that brings us to the bad part. Now the only thing that I don't like about the membership (and it probably isn't even their fault, I'm sure it is some arrangement with Apple) is that those points that you get, well, you don't get them on Apple products (and where does most my money go?) so for all the money I spend on Apple Products they don't reward me for the future. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say, especially since it was at no additional cost in my case. Oh, and don't forget, for like 130 dollars more you can get the tech support and warranty package which does include Apple Care+ so that looks like a great value also.

The image on the TV is amazing. We don't like the marketing and navigation difficulty on the LG platform. We have resorted back to our ROKU. If you are adept at navigating new technology, this is a great TV. We would probably look at a different brand of OLED.

As someone who buys a lot of tech—MacBooks, iPads, accessories, and even refurbished gear—My Best Buy Plus™ has quietly become one of the easiest memberships to justify. The free 2‑day shipping with no minimum and member‑only prices on a huge range of items meant that even just my MacBook Pro and iPad Air purchases already recouped most of the annual $49.99 fee through discounts and saved shipping costs. What really makes it feel premium is the extended 60‑day return and exchange window on most products, which gave me time to actually use my new devices—test local LLM tools on the MacBook, set up the iPad for note‑taking and student work, and live with my AirPods Pro—before committing. Pair that with access to special member deals and limited‑time promos, and My Best Buy Plus™ ends up feeling less like a subscription and more like a smart tool for managing big tech upgrades throughout the year

This LG electric dryer has a lot of versatility, allowing you to dry clothes using differnt settings such as More and Less Dry. In addition, the black matte display made it easier for me to see the different settings. It is also a plus to have the ability to use my smart phone to run different dryer settings. I also liked the ability to open the door from a sideways position as well as using the EasyLoad lever to open and close it. The lint trap was slightly hard to clean, however. Yjou have to open the lint trap and clean each part of the trap. But this was a small inconvenience.

I strongly approve of the yearly membership. Not only do you receive special discounts and early promotions, but the fact that you have a larger window for returns. I also like the fact that you are provided with a little more support on products and geek squad when faced with problems with a product. If you don’t have the membership I would suggest you get it as it’s worth its weight in gold. Especially if you’re a more frequent shopper such as myself.

My Best Buy Plus is a solid membership if you shop Best Buy often. It gives you free 2-day shipping, member-only prices, exclusive sales, and a 60-day return window on most products. At $29.99 a year, it can pay for itself if you buy electronics, gifts, or accessories regularly. The downside is that casual shoppers may not use enough perks to justify the fee. Overall, it’s best for frequent Best Buy customers who value convenience and flexible returns.

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed the Best Buy Plus membership so far. At first I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use the benefits, but the more I shop there, the more value I’m starting to see. The member pricing, extended return window, and exclusive deals have already come in handy. It also gives a little peace of mind when making larger purchases like computers and electronics. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, I can definitely see the membership paying for itself pretty quickly. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with it so far and would recommend it to others who buy tech regularly.

I bought an Acer Predator in January with Russell who was amazing all around, super helpful when it came to answering all my questions ( i've never had a PC and am now using it very consistently to stream ).. And he convinced us to get the Best Buy Plus and thank god I did because my computer ended up being a lemon! The 60 day flexibility is insanely worht it, especially considering you can't always find out everything you need to in just a couple weeks. I really found out really close to the end of my 60 day cycle, but I'm super grateful. I was able to come back and get it replaced on the spot with Russell again, who looked at everything beforehand and confirmed it shouldn't be acting that way.) I didn't expect the exchange to be so quick and easy! Anyways, using it now, it feels much better and worth the money I paid for it and super grateful and happy!

Best Buy consistently delivers one of the best retail experiences in electronics. From the moment I walked in, the store was organized, well stocked, and easy to navigate. What really stood out was the staff—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed rather than just pushing a sale. The associate who helped me took the time to explain the differences between several options, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. That level of customer service is rare these days and made a huge difference in my experience. Checkout was quick, pricing was competitive, and the overall process was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re tech-savvy or just trying to find the right product, Best Buy does a great job making electronics shopping simple and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and would recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for quality products backed by excellent customer service.

13-inch MacBook with Apple’s M3 Pro chip, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD is a stylish and powerful laptop for everyday use, office work, students, and light creative tasks. The performance is smooth, battery life is excellent, and Apple’s Retina display gives a premium viewing experience. However, if you do heavy editing, gaming, or multitasking, upgrading to 16GB RAM and higher storage would be a smarter long-term choice. Overall, it is fast, reliable, lightweight, and one of the best premium laptops in its category.

I was excited to join for the benefits my salesperson described. I was especially excited to see if my full price purchase was listed for a reduced price after I bought it so I downloaded the app. Now I but get way too many texts/emails/alerts advertising products I did not buy nor have interest in purchasing. I suggest an option for filtering alerts.

My Best Buy membership has been completely worth it. The free fast shipping, exclusive member pricing, and extended return window make every purchase feel worry‑free. I’ve saved money on several items thanks to member deals, and the convenience alone makes the membership valuable. Customer service has also been great—support is quick, and the in‑store experience feels smoother with the membership perks. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself.

I’ve been using this HP laptop for a while now, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. It is fast, reliable, and handles everyday tasks smoothly. The display is clear and bright, the battery life is good, and the keyboard is comfortable for long hours of work or study. The build quality feels solid, and the laptop offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend HP laptops to students, professionals, and anyone looking for a dependable computer.”

After having a HP unit for the past few years, I was bound and determined to get a Dell. The PC Tower was everything I expected however I needed Windows 11 Pro but that wasn't installed as shown both on the website and instore, the sales assistant said it was, the sku said it was, as I operate my freelance agency remotely, so naturally this would be the best option. Got home found it didn't have Win Pro 11 (business) so I had to buy it (an added expense I didn't want to have).. overall the PC was a good buy and l'm liking it thus far.

Easy to use. Good quality. Good for sale value. My complaint is the downloads it automatically started when doing start up. It tried to do 15 or more at 1 time. Clogged up the process and i have slow wifi. I didnt even know it was going on. When i took it to somewhere that has better wifi it took a while for it to figure out what to do. I tried pausing and canceling downloads to do one at s time and no action was computing because too much was going on at one time.

This membership is an absolute no-brainer for anyone who buys tech! The exclusive member-only discounts are massive and saved me more than the yearly fee on my very first purchase. Having an extended 60-day return window gives me complete peace of mind when testing out new gadgets. Plus, the free 2-day shipping with no minimum order is incredibly convenient. If you shop at Best Buy even just a few times a year, this membership pays for itself immediately. Highly recommended!

I was in need for a new laptop and didn't have time to wait for a sale. The sales person (who was very helpful), suggested I get the Plus membership as the laptop was likely to go on sale for back to school. He stated I would get a notification in the app, and would get a link or process to get the price difference refunded. A week or so later I happen to be in my local best buy, and talking to a different clerk, who mentioned to make sure notifications was turned on. I turned it on, and the daily notices for stuff I don't care about is an annoyance.... Then over Memorial day weekend, I happened to be looking at sales in the app, and say the laptop I had purchased on sale. I had received no notice and could not find a way to get my price difference refunded in the App. Checked the website, again couldn't find a way. I went into the store, and the cashier confirmed I should be getting a price difference refund, but she couldn't get the system to process it. After she spoke to a manager she had to process a return of the original and then sell it to me at the lower price. I am happy I had the account, but the Best Buy app is annoying and junk. I am happy to have gotten around $400 back, and having the Plus membership did extend the return window long enough to get the price match.

TV is quite good for the price. Panel is bright and clearly visible even in my living room during the daytime with windows open. Panel does have a good amount of warping present on edges of screen but most TVs do especially around this price point

The 98 inch TCL Smart TV is AWESOME! It's in our Family Room and feels like we are at the movies instead of home. We invited family over to watch the Thunder games and everyone loved the picture quality and the viewing options. The first TV had no picture so we had to wait for a replacement BUT it was well worth it. The install was great and the install technicians did an awesome job. WE are very satisfied!
I like that If I have to I can return something after 45-60 days I like that’s it’s affordable I don’t like that the discount are not really that big only like 1-5 dollars I’m a pokemon collector so I dont like that as a member we dont have (Exclusive) perks for chances to get Pokemon I dont like as a member the store opens at the same time as regular customers , I would like it to be at the very least 30 min earlier As a member I haven’t seen as much exclusivity deals for a member then a regular customer I do like some employees do thank us for being a member just brightens my and other day
