    It was a good membership to purchase initally, because it basically paid for itself with the introductory award certificate I received. I've made two major purchases in the the first 2 months, so time till tell. My only reason for a 4 stars is that is really hard to reach anyone via phone support, some have been good and others not so good. My first presale support was great, then the next several times I had long hold times and had difficutly understanding the representatives. You cannot reach anyone at your local stores anymore. We'll see how this year goes with Best Buy support if I will continues. I dislike that fact that I am unable to reach the people at the store I worked with on my purchases by phone. I have to keep going back to the store to resolve questions I have in regard to my most recent purchases.

    I’ve only had Best Buy Plus for a month and honestly, I’m loving it. I've Saved over $150 right away on a new monitor, which already paid for the membership. Even smaller stuff like headphones and smart home gear had surprise discounts and the free 2-day shipping with no minimum has been super convenient. The 60-day return window makes me feel way more relaxed when buying tech. If this is what one month looks like, I’m excited to see how much I save this year

    I was very undecided to be able to acquire since I am one of those who think about saving in everything that can be, but what a benefit would I bring a membership here if I was just going to buy a television and I did not know until when I would buy technology again, so I thought about what I want it, but I will use it, but after receiving all the information about the benefits, even if I am not going to use the membership for a while, it returns more than what is invested in it in just one purchase, so I was convinced that I am... Take membership.

    This is my first time using this specific membership. Its been a year since I had it. So far, its been a satisfying experience. The perks such as the reward certificates that you get for BestBuy purchases provide an incentive to purchase other items in the store with significant discounts. This is just scratching the surface as far as what the membership provides. I have the BestBuy plus which has been good so far.

    I’ve been really impressed with the My Best Buy Plus membership. The member pricing alone has already saved me a lot, and the free shipping makes every purchase super convenient. The Geek Squad support is a great bonus — it gives me peace of mind knowing any tech issue can be handled easily. I also like that I get early access to special deals and exclusive offers that aren’t available to everyone. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes — it pays for itself fast!

    Good reward program — so the sales representative at Best Buy had me sign up for the rewards program because it gave me an additional percentage off my refrigerator purchase so it was worth signing up for otherwise I would not sign up for a rewards program I would never pay for one because I don’t purchase that many thanks. So thanks for that Best Buy

    I got this membership for the money back it offers from making a big purchase. The membership is good but I don't like that I have to pay tax separately and I don't like that I have to purchase something that is over the cost of the money back I have from the membership. What I mean by this is, I had $75 back from making a big purchase so I intended to use part of that on a ps5 game. Upon taking the $20 game to the register, I was told that I had to purchase something at least $25 because the $75 was split into 3 segments of $25 each so once I did that, I still had to pay tax separately. But overall despite that experience, I think the membership is a good idea if the customer is planning on going back continuously. My last opinion on the store is, a lot of the items are the exact same on Amazon but cheaper. This doesn't really have anything to do with the membership but it is prop important for y'all to know.

    I decided to sign up for the My Best Buy Plus™ membership, and it’s been totally worth it so far. I recently had to return a gaming laptop, and the whole process was super easy and stress-free thanks to the added flexibility and extended return window. I also really appreciate the free shipping and exclusive deals, which make shopping for tech a lot more convenient.     I recently purchased a ReMarkable tablet from Best Buy as I'm a research scientist attempting to become "paper free". I wasn't sure if the device would work for me and explained that to the associate registering the purchase. They explained that my ability to return the device would be greatly extended if I renewed my Best Buy Plus membership. This was very helpful information and definitely gave me comfort as the paperless tablet represents a major shift in the way I take notes and consume scientific literature. Even though I am pleased with the device, knowing that I had a reasonable amount of time to trial it was very helpful.

    Plus Membership - Worth it for many

    Have had a great experience with this membership. The additional return time was very helpful and giving me confidence to purchase an open box laptop,by knowing I had the extended 60 day return policy with the membership. I’ve also received two different promotional $10 my Best Buy rewards certificates, a nice additional perk to offset membership cost. Of course, this promotion has served it’s purpose for BestBuy by encouraging me to purchase additional items. Overall, I would recommend it if you plan to purchase many items, or expensive electronics that you are not sure will work out for your needs from Best Buy over a calendar year.

    Love Best Buy! However….Geek Squad installer never answers our text or returns our calls when we have an issue with our new television. He even gave us his work cell number. Even our local BB manager can’t get them to call us. The “in store” Geeks are very helpful. Membership is beneficial for installation only basically.

    The delivery was very good the product was ok. The TV occasionally blacks out for a couple of seconds which is annoying especially when it does so at critical points. In addition, it comes from the factory with a backlighting (brightness) level set at its highest which can affect the life of certain component parts, and I do not know how to change it. Other than that, it's good value.

    I was looking for a TV for my mother for her 64th birthday because she's home bound due to illness & age. She loves this TV it shows a beautiful quality picture. This wasn't the one I went in the Best Buy deal to buy but with the help of the sales guy I walked out a happy customer. And my mother enjoys it everyday.

    I got the membership with a promotional gift card for signing up. Without the promotion I would have never purchased the membership. I think that the typical 2 week return policy of this store is offensive compared to competitors and having to purchase a membership to increase the return window takes advantage of customers. I neeeever use Geek Squad, in my location its a disappointment but I am tech savvy and do computer builds and electronic stuff on my own. Furthermore, I am a member of another club that, for example, doubles the manufacturers warranty so for a notebook I get a two year warranty instead of just one. Why would I settle for 2 or 4 weeks? Absurd. Gave 5 stars since it didnt cost me money and I've saved $7 on a purchase so far. Maybe if you buy a lot of BB stuff and like GS its a win but hard for me to recommend based on my use. I do most of my purchases at BB via Deal of the Day and buy things I dont plan on returning.

    Be Smart Buy Membership if holiday is close or any

    Straight truth review, do not purchase the membership if you only go to best buy once or twice a year, but with that being said lets say the purchases you make those once or twice a year are big apliances or even pricey technology then the membership may be very useful, but plan your purchases if you need the item now and Black Friday or Christmas or whatever discount holiday is coming up then with the membership they will reimburse you the difference of the sale for your already purchased item. Now myself I do not shop best buy a lot maybe 3 times a year. But last Christmas my daughters asked for an Ipad so we went to Best buy I found the one she asked for, we also decided to purchase a new phone for my other daughter we bought the iphone 12 it was on sale, i also bought 2 sets of air pods so roughly $1300 purchase i was offered the membership paid $50 i think for it this was literally on Christmas Eve, the associate explained the new iphone would be released later the next month and usually they will put the older ones on sale and showed me how to use the app to even get an alert when price drops ect. Ok in March my husband purchased me a new phone. A month later we had some unexpected home repairs so I said i can wait for a new phone this was more important. Well looking at reciept I realized my husband had bought and had in his name so I went on their customer service chat and the associate said that I do have the membership but this purchase wasnt made on my account so they couldn't refund. Ok so I had I decided to just drive to best buy return and ask about a refund and see if tbey could add the purchase to my membership because it does allow more return time then just regular accounts. The store manager came over i explained everything. I showed him the reciepts and he pulled up my account and I was nervous or just thinking theres nothing they will be able to do well i was wrong. He proceeded to then hand me a full refund, and then said i also noticed on your receipt for the best buy membership you had also purchased an ipad it has actually dropped $200 dollars, and the iphone $150, and the airpods are only $20 dollars cheaper this week only so with my permission he could reimburse me the difference back to my original payment, you can only get the price difference on the items once and I said yes please he then gives me a new receipt, and told me $395 would be going back on my card within 1-3 days. So helpful and i was very thankful i went ahead and purchased the membership because somtimes unexpected costs can be stressful and i would not have been able to return the 1000 dollar phone since I only had phone 16 days and there policy is 2 week warranty, and added bonus that day an extra 390 for the other items i had purchased were not dicounted and did everything in 5 minutes. We left and the reimbursement payment actually was in my bank about 2 in half hours later(that is based on what bank you have) so yes this membership was 50 and the way I looked at it was it 50 , but I knew with new iphone being released it would be beneficial to get sale price and i wouldnt have to wait too long. But what I got from the membership was much more, the app is easy to navigate and see you account and contact customer service online(even though the representative was bot able to help me online they advised me to go ahead and go to the store they couldn't promise they would be able to add the purchase to my original account but they could help me more in person. I think it is worth it, just remember to purchase it when buying higher priced electronics or appliances or phones. I wouldn't go and buy a Playstation video game only and purchase it then or cell phone case lol you understand what I am getting at.

    I love my My Best Buy Plus™ membership. It's been a game-changer for me, especially since I buy most of my tech from Best Buy anyway. The annual fee pays for itself after just one or two purchases with the member-only pricing. The extended 60-day return window is also a huge plus.     I've had the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The biggest thing for me has been getting early access to sales. I was able to get a new monitor during a member-only event, and it felt awesome knowing I got a jump on the crowd. The 60-day return policy is also huge—it gives me plenty of time to set up and test out my electronics without feeling rushed.
