    Plus is Ok, but it could offer better benefits

    To be honest I haven’t seen a ton of value yet from being a paid Plus member. I use to qualify for this level just about every year for free back when it was under the reward membership program, but now that this level is behind a pay wall I’’m expecting more benefits more often for my paid subscription. At this time I’m thinking this service may not be something I continue with after this initial year, but we’ll see. I purchase a fair amount of either speciality or pre-order items from Best Buy (BB) that take longer processing times and do not benefit from the faster shipping aspect. The most beneficial part of being a Plus member currently is the extended return window, but with a catch! So, in years past I did not utilize returns much, it is a nice comfort but at the same time a bit of a pointless feature if there are no issues that require return…BUT here’s the catch, the one area where this does get 4/5 stars is during that extended return window the Price Match Guarantee is also extended…now this I have utilized numerous times to price match a purchase to Amazon prices as 8 out of 10 times Amazon will offer the same item at a lower price. I do like the special pricing/events, but have not yet seen “Plus pricing” on an item I actually am considering purchasing…some interesting items certainly but nothing that’s made me purchase, but I’m sure this will change. If you are not a Best Buy credit card holder I would absolutely not recommend Plus. If you are a credit card hold, who earn reward points then yes Plus is worth the now cost of a program that was once free. The 2-day shipping aspect is OK, but seeing as BB, like all retailers are in direct competition with Amazon, often 2-day shipping is still slower than what Amazon can/does offer on daily bases for being a Prime member. To be fair I was not a BB card holder I would not be a Plus member and most likely not be purchasing as much from BB these days as I have in the past. Earning point's for purchase for reward certificates is still the only true benefit keeping me a regular BB customer…all things being equal, Amazon is almost always cheaper and offers faster shipping. If BB didn’t price match and offer reward points there would be no real reason not use Amazon.

    If you shop at best buy a lol this is definitely a no brainer. You spend 60 upfront, but with all the membership only deals available throughout the store you'll save money more than the cost of the membership. I saved a good chunk of money when me and my girlfriend were both purchasing new laptops for school.

    The memberships is offer great value in rewards and has special perks. One of the amazing perks I’ve learned about the return period being extended from 15 days to 60. Having the extra time help me determined if the products worked for me. Being able to return products and having my account pulled with just my phone number help me stay at eased. Losing a recipient it no longer a problem with the rewards membership. Thank you Best Buy.

    I’ve had a great experience with the My Best Buy Plus membership so far. The free shipping and extended return window alone make it worthwhile, especially for frequent purchases.     I had purchased this membership to make it easier to buy a computer for my daughter for Christmas (The kind where you buy all the components and then put it together.) However, nearly a month after the purchase, I still HAVE NOT been issued the reward credit. Customer service chat was NOT helpful as they suggested I go to a physical store to have the points added manually. This membership isn't worth it unless it actually functions like it's supposed to. Cheaper and quicker shipping is just peachy but if I'm going to renew this membership in the future, they really need to address the rewards points.

    I took this membership mainly for the member pricing and free shipping, and it has already paid off. The discounts are genuine and I have saved on a few big purchases like laptop and TV.     My Best Buy Plus membership offers some nice benefits like free shipping and early access to deals, which I appreciate as a frequent shopper.     Sales person was amazing and very help full but service getting appliances installed was terrible had to reline stove to be level with countertop and microwave and dishwasher were canceled 4 times after i already took time off of work we finally installed them are self not happy at all .

    Membership makes me wanna purchase more!…. I LOVE that I get access to so many deals and offers that wouldn’t be available to me without the membership!!….Great to have a peace of mind! Even my son’s PS5 is included and I purchased it in February did not get the membership til September! Wow!!

    A nice asset if you buy a lot of tech and or are making bigger purchases... I got it when I bought a laptop and kept renewing for the free shipping and occasional vouchers... Not a bad Investment if you think you'll use it...

    If you got plenty of items you plan on scoring for the year, then its' a great purchase. Lots of benefits and surprise deals/offers. The ability to price match after 60 days is the win on more expensive items. It will pay for itself. The only negative (and probably have to wait for a class action to make it right), There was one offer, (I still have all the chat scripts and records for) that Best Buy didn't honor. After many supposedly successful and all failed attempts from staff to resolve my problem on a 50 BB certifice for purchasing 150 worth of select games on a Besbt Buy Plus member offer. This was sent up to the credit dept who claimed I have to separate member profiles... In the end still no fix from best buy...just a loop through chat memebrs and the others...wheres my certificate still BB?

    Good but bad battery life

    Good for a gaming laptop, its performance is very middle of the road. Only problem i have with it would be thw battery life, you'd be lucky if at 100% it last and 1 1/2 hours of the charger.

    It was a good membership to purchase initally, because it basically paid for itself with the introductory award certificate I received. I've made two major purchases in the the first 2 months, so time till tell. My only reason for a 4 stars is that is really hard to reach anyone via phone support, some have been good and others not so good. My first presale support was great, then the next several times I had long hold times and had difficutly understanding the representatives. You cannot reach anyone at your local stores anymore. We'll see how this year goes with Best Buy support if I will continues. I dislike that fact that I am unable to reach the people at the store I worked with on my purchases by phone. I have to keep going back to the store to resolve questions I have in regard to my most recent purchases.

    Usually when you buy something at Best Buy, you get only 14 days to evaluate if you really like the product or repair/replace with them in the unusual event the product is defective. Them you're stuck with dealing directly with the manufacturer. I became a member and when my purchase of an e-scooter that turned out to be defective after the 14-day window, BB tool the thing back with no questions asked for a FULL refund!! Very happy!
