    The My Best Buy Plus™ membership has been a fantastic investment — it easily pays for itself if you shop at Best Buy even just a few times a year. Free 2-Day Shipping: One of the biggest perks! No minimum purchase required, and items arrive fast and on time. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for last-minute tech buys or gifts. Exclusive Member Pricing: I’ve already saved a lot thanks to special discounts that aren’t available to non-members. The member-only deals on TVs, laptops, headphones, and even appliances have made a noticeable difference. Extended Return Window: Having 60 days instead of the standard 15 makes a big difference, especially for big purchases.     Picked up 2 of these at purchase to replace a pair of 24 LGs. I'll admit, I didn't realize they were 240 Hz monitors until after purchase. Kinda threw me, but they're easily clocked to anything below without issue. Running on both linux and win platforms with a 7900XT, I push outs from DP but scale down to HDMI at the sending side. I'm not the most fickle on monitors and the wonky cabling might be quality degrading, but I don't like being jerked around. In this case, I don't feel jerked around. I think Best Buy did me a solid, so... review time!

    Bought a computer in April and the sales associate said that he could see us getting a $400 refund coming up. That we would get an email and then we just have to call the store. We never got an email but I did check and found the computer was on sale by $300. I just called the store and they issued me the refund. For the price of the membership and the refund it is something I would sign up for again. I just wish I would have gotten the email and that I could get a different payment method (best buy credit card). If I would have already paid off the card I'm not sure how they would have refunded the money because they do the credit the original payment used.

    Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

    To be honest I haven’t seen a ton of value yet from being a paid Plus member. I use to qualify for this level just about every year for free back when it was under the reward membership program, but now that this level is behind a pay wall I’’m expecting more benefits more often for my paid subscription. At this time I’m thinking this service may not be something I continue with after this initial year, but we’ll see. I purchase a fair amount of either speciality or pre-order items from Best Buy (BB) that take longer processing times and do not benefit from the faster shipping aspect. The most beneficial part of being a Plus member currently is the extended return window, but with a catch! So, in years past I did not utilize returns much, it is a nice comfort but at the same time a bit of a pointless feature if there are no issues that require return…BUT here’s the catch, the one area where this does get 4/5 stars is during that extended return window the Price Match Guarantee is also extended…now this I have utilized numerous times to price match a purchase to Amazon prices as 8 out of 10 times Amazon will offer the same item at a lower price. I do like the special pricing/events, but have not yet seen “Plus pricing” on an item I actually am considering purchasing…some interesting items certainly but nothing that’s made me purchase, but I’m sure this will change. If you are not a Best Buy credit card holder I would absolutely not recommend Plus. If you are a credit card hold, who earn reward points then yes Plus is worth the now cost of a program that was once free. The 2-day shipping aspect is OK, but seeing as BB, like all retailers are in direct competition with Amazon, often 2-day shipping is still slower than what Amazon can/does offer on daily bases for being a Prime member. To be fair I was not a BB card holder I would not be a Plus member and most likely not be purchasing as much from BB these days as I have in the past. Earning point's for purchase for reward certificates is still the only true benefit keeping me a regular BB customer…all things being equal, Amazon is almost always cheaper and offers faster shipping. If BB didn’t price match and offer reward points there would be no real reason not use Amazon.

    I signed up for Best Buy Plus a few months ago, and it has already paid for itself. The free two-day shipping alone has saved me multiple trips to the store, and the exclusive member pricing knocked a big chunk off the laptop I bought. What really stands out is the extended return window. It takes the stress out of making big tech purchases because I know I have time to test things properly. The everyday perks add up quickly too—free trials, extra points on purchases, and early access to deals. During busy sales seasons, it feels like having a head start over everyone else. If you shop at Best Buy more than a couple of times a year, the Plus membership is a no-brainer. It combines savings, convenience, and peace of mind into one package. Highly recommend.

    "As a regular Best Buy customer, the My Best Buy Plus membership has been an excellent investment. The value I receive in exchange for the annual fee is quickly recouped, especially with exclusive member-only offers. ​Early access to sales has allowed me to secure purchases on items that sell out quickly, which is a huge benefit. Additionally, free standard shipping with no minimum purchase and the extended return period (longer than standard) give me great peace of mind when purchasing large or expensive items.

    So far so good. I purchased a PC & Monitor and the savings was greater than the membership. I guess the idea is to keep me buying my computers at Best Buy every year, but if the service stays good - I'm happy to comply. Stay competitive, guys. (and try to upsell me on that pizza oven next time. I was really close to buying it anyway :-0 )

    Great if you intend to purchase other items. I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

    I’m really happy with my My Best Buy Plus membership! The discounts and exclusive prices make a big difference, especially on electronics and accessories. I love having free shipping, easy returns, and access to Geek Squad support whenever needed. It’s also nice knowing my purchases are protected and I’m earning rewards on top of the savings.     I wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"

    I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

    The membership is definitely worth it, especially if you buy more than one item every once in a while. The value of the exclusive promotions that are offered to members only has already exceeded the cost of my annual membership for me. The increased return period also lets you make sure every part of the products you purchase are perfect for you. Definitely worth buying if you shop from Best Buy often!

    Having this membership really does have a lot of beneficial options to it. The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!

    The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. You guys are gresat. I am turning 83 next week and I could have not figured out the system if it were not for you!! Thank you again. Linda B.

    I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

    I love my new game it is fun and interesting. A twist on normal shop games. Although i am disappointed in the shipping. I paid to get it early instead of doing the free shipping. It came late. I received it on the day free shipping would have had it here. So i am angry that i had to pay for shipping if i didn't get it any earlier.

    Retail Money Grab

    So far it has been nice, but I also am annoyed that I had to pay a fee to receive the best price available with free returns. I feel swindled. This is a service that used to be expected with loyalty to purchasing from companies that pledge to take care of their customers. Now these memberships are just telling their customers that they’ll only seemingly make a bad situation right IF and only if you pay the $50 membership. It’s just a money grab. I won’t be paying for this after this year. I only signed up for it because i believe the profit would decrease in price within 60 days of purchase. This used to be a given with good quality customer service, now you have to buy your way into a club, so it’s only for those who have the extra funds sitting around to afford it. If you can afford it, then you get no customer service and no backing. That’s a crap message to send to your typical customer who buy one big purchase per year.
