Membership is helpful and important to have. Happy I purchased it. I have been able to make returns past the 15 day usual return time frame which was important to me as I can forget things things at times.

The Best Buy plus is definitely a plus specially if you purchase something in two or three months later, you see that the price went down they will definitely price match.

This membership is an overall good value, especially when I purchased mine on a deal that essentially made the first year free. I love having better deals constantly at my fingertips, knowing I can search for my desired product on Best Buy and likely beat prices elsewhere. There are extended return windows, which is nice. The only issue I have with this is that the extended return window for Plus and Elite members is no different from standard members when it comes to products you activate. Since this is a large electronics store, I am assuming this applies to a great deal of their products. Due to this, I find that I’ll miss out on the opportunity to price match and save $100. This isn’t a terrible peeve and doesn’t devalue what this does offer, but I do believe that this should provide an extension over the non membership return window.

I purchase this membership yearly and it’s excellent if you are a returning customer. I pay month anywhere for $3-7 a month yearly. I would recommend this subscription to anyone. You qualify for discounts and even $5-50 off your purchased.

When I went into Best Buy, I needed a computer that I thought was perfect. The representative that helped me looked at what I had chosen. He spent quite a bit of time with me, advising me and showing me the benefits of each model available as well as the monitor. I’m very happy with my purchase. I definitely did not have the right computer picked out. He was very knowledgeable and super pleasant.

I purchased a computer, an iPad and an iPad Pen. The pen you sold me is not compatible with the iPad you sold me on the exact same day! So, now I have to search for the receipt in the bowels of my email so my daughter can borrow a friend’s car and VERY inconveniently return the pen to a store in the next town over from where she lives.

My husband and I moved from Illinois to Texas in October 2024. We purchased a new home so needed to buy refrigerator, washer and dryer, and upright freezer. Our Best Buy salesperson recommended our getting the Best Buy Plus plan to provide “best price” protection and sure enough, a couple of months after our appliance purchases, the prices went on sale. We were able to contact Best Buy and they credited back our account $400 which easily more than paid for the Best Buy Plus plan.
