Purchased this when I bought my new dryer it was a no brainer.

I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy. This subscription was helpful when I bought my laptop

I recently purchased a 65" LG monitor, Senheiser Soundbar & Subwoofer. The entire shopping experience was made much easier and les stressful thanks to my Best Buy Plus membership and the options it provides. It gave me piece of mind. Thank you Best Buy!

Tried to get a credit adjustment by phone when calling customer service number and got nowhere and was told I couldn't get the $100 credit due me when my TV went on sale 10 days after I bought it. Had to go back into the store and then they took care of the problem immediately. Felt like they gave me a bit of a runaround...but the store clerk was very helpful and professional...that's why I didn't give 2 stars...

I was able to exchange my laptop for the one I wanted originally (but had increased in price). However, I would only recommend the plus membership for those who shop for Best Buy items regularly.

We recently updated a kitchen with all new appliances from Best Buy and signed up for the Best Buy Plus membership. We are so thankful to the sales rep for telling us about it and taking the time to explain it. Not only, did it save us a lot of money but we received enough in rewards, ($500), to upgrade our internet hardware. Plus, now we get special pricing deals that we would not get without the membership. We are so glad we signed up for this. Thank you Best Buy!!

This is a good value for your money. Love that I can get it for a year then choose to renew or cancel if I wish.

Best Buy Plus is handy with great deals ftom time to time. Although the deals might not always be what you need or want and have to wait to see if you will get a deal on what you need or want. However, the certificates are great.

I believe there was a price drop on my computer, how do I get the benefit? I don't know if I would recommend this until I see what happens regarding this price drop.⁰

Staff was very patient with .y numerous times i had called in for help with .y laptop and printer sca ning for hackerproofing. They found the issues and corrected them all... over several times remotely and in the store. Luckily i used my protection plan..well worth the cost. Kudos! Laura FOREVER best buyer! Sorry for typos

This Membership has great benefits it has its ups and downs

This membership helped to reduce in cost several items that I needed to get started for my online course. For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

The loyalty program is an important way to obtain good opportunities.

My Best Buy Plus™ - Yearly Membership Gives me so much value like 60 day returns, membership pricing, etc… it is definitely a must have if you are buying anything from Best Buy
