"My experience with the Geek Squad team has simply been impeccable. From the outset, they showed exceptional kindness and first-class technical knowledge. They helped me every step of setting up my new setup gamer, making sure that each component worked perfectly. What I value most is the patience and professional treatment I received; they really take the time for the client to feel supported. Thanks to your help, my team is doing its best. I totally recommend the My Best Buy Total membership just for the peace of mind of having such experts. Five well-deserved stars!"

I’ve been using the Best Buy Total yearly membership, and overall it’s been a good experience. One of the biggest advantages is the added convenience—having access to support, protection plans, and member perks makes shopping feel more secure. It’s especially helpful if you buy electronics often or like having coverage without worrying about extra costs each time. I also like the peace of mind that comes with included services and support, which can save money in the long run. That said, the value really depends on how often you shop at Best Buy. If you’re not buying electronics regularly, the yearly fee might not feel worth it. Overall, it’s a solid membership for frequent Best Buy customers, but more casual shoppers may not get as much value out of it.

It is actually cheaper to purchase My Best Buy Total Yearly Membership than it is to take your item to a shop to have repair - you also have Best Buy's outstanding reputation of not taking advantage of their customers - I was actually scammed by a copany that claimed to be EPSON to fix my printer - now I know when something goes wrong with any of my electronics I can bring it to the GEEK SQUAD and not be cheated

I signed up for the membership without fully understanding what it included, but once I reviewed the details and asked a few questions, everything made sense. I was pleasantly surprised by how useful it is—now I can bring in our laptops and PCs from home for updates and cleanups. So far, I’ve brought in an HP laptop and an iMac. Cain with Geek Squad was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service. I’ll be bringing in two more laptops soon. Highly recommend the membership—it can save you money on services like backing up your computer to an external drive, cleaning it up, and helping you get up to date (including Windows 11 upgrades, if your device supports it).

I needed a new computer. I'll be 75 in a couple of months, and I have never been a wiz with the technology. My brother was an IT guy, recently retired to his sailboat and sailing out of the country. For years he helped me with all of my issues. Now I was left to figure out what I needed. I chose a similar laptop to the old one, but it did not have enough ram, the sale person did warn me. I brought the 1st laptop back with in day or two. The staff was very understanding and helped me in picking one which filled my needs. The cashier had some problems with the register, which was acting up. But she worked her way through it, with both of us smiling and thanking each other in the end. She was awesome. Best Buy will be the 1st store I will always use, and recommend.

I’ve been using the Meta glasses for a bit, and honestly, they’re super cool. The ability to capture moments right from my perspective is wild! The AR hints are subtle but helpful, and it’s crazy how they integrate with my daily stuff. They’re not perfect—battery life could be longer, and I wouldn’t mind them being lighter—but they’ve definitely given me a taste of the future. If you’re into tech and want to be hands-free, these are a fun step forward!

Extended 60-day return period in case something goes wrong is my number one reason to get Total. Extra time to return is worth paying for, although I do wish the default return period was 30 days instead of 15. 15 days is not always enough to evaluate an expensive product that you might use daily for years. I have suscribed to Total before (and canceled after 11 months, before it renewed another year). Auto-renew only is scummy, but when I cancelled before, it wasn't a big hassle. They give you a pro-rated refund for the remaining portion of the year if you haven't used your benefits - I guess that's good, but it means you can't cancel earlier if you'd rather Total keep going to the end of your year but not renew. It's not worth it to me to renew for a second year - after the first year. If my device doesn't show signs of failure in the first year, I feel like it will last through the second year. If I bought $1000+ items from Best Buy every year, or if I bought multiple protected items at once, or if protection lasted longer than the first 2 years, I'd likely renew after the first year. I'm worried about the 1st year, 3rd year and 4th year more than the second. If you're shopping online, watch out for products not sold by Best Buy. I almost bought a larger SSD thinking it would be protected too, but it was sold by a third party so it didn't qualify. I decided to shop elsewhere for that. I've never had to use the damage protection, so I can't judge on that. I have used the extended return window. Best Buy is offering a promotion to get more reviews on this, so watch out for reviews where the person hasn't had Total for more than a couple days.

I just now renewed My Best Buy total membership for the year 2026. The "total" membership is without a doubt the best warranty-repair product in the computerate market, possibly the best product on the web. Why? Because new computer designs stumble and puke all by themselves. Add a Contributor the inherited flops, is a duffer owner-operator. The operator is sure his expertise is adequate to run and use a new computer...until his expertise is not. Repair costs for even modest laptops will kill ya. Best Buy Total has saved me twice from unmitigated financial torture. I won't leave home without it.

I’ve had a great experience with my My Best Buy Total™ membership. It really adds value beyond just shopping—having access to benefits like protection plans, tech support, and exclusive member pricing makes a noticeable difference. I especially appreciate the peace of mind that comes with product coverage and the convenience of getting help quickly when needed. The membership pays for itself if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, and it’s been a smart investment for keeping my devices protected and up to date. Overall, it’s a reliable and worthwhile program that enhances the whole Best Buy experience.

I have had issues with my brother printer scanner and called geek squad and got excellent remote assistance! I cannot thank Prohashendu Biswas enough for his calm and professional demeanor in getting this resolved. While performing his tasks, he also took the time to clean up my hard drive and update my software in my laptop. Saved me tons of time and head ache. God send to have this sevice available 24/7. Cannot imagine being without this service. It is a must!
I recently picked up the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses from Best Buy and added their membership, and I’m honestly impressed. The glasses themselves are super stylish—you wouldn’t even know they’re tech. The camera quality is solid for quick photos and videos, and the hands-free feature makes it easy to capture moments without pulling out your phone. The audio is surprisingly clear too, whether I’m listening to music or taking calls. One of my favorite features is being able to go live or record content on the go—it’s a game changer for social media. Having the Best Buy membership made the purchase even better because of the protection plan and support. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m covered if anything happens. Overall, if you’re into content creation or just like having convenient, wearable tech, these glasses are definitely worth it.

Piece of mind is something you don’t often get. I have it. I don’t go anywhere else for my electronics and I always have my membership. Don’t buy your products from somewhere who doesn’t specialize in those said products. Best Buy has been a staple of the electronics industry since I was a kid. I love how knowledgeable the employees are when I visit the store and I love being a Best Buy Credit Card Member. That’s why I chose to buy my Lenovo: LEGION laptop from the Best Buy store in Manhattan, KS. Truth be told I went to 3 different Best Buy’s on my way to Army Training because I was so indecisive and all of them were amazing! It’s by far the coolest laptop I’ve ever owned! The employee told me I was probably one of three people in all of Manhattan to own this particular laptop which made me feel amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Piece of mind knowing I made the right decision

Whether remote or in person this package is worth the value if you have a media device(s) that need expert attention. The value of the resolution process with an expert is invaluable. In this world with electronic media and the speed at which electronic media changes makes this package a "Peace of Mind" purchase. Knowing an expert whether in-store or remotely is available is comforting. Multiple per event service fees can be costly to a consumer.
All the products I purchase are high quality n last a life time, if you keep up on the care. I purchase over 5 big items that was exspensive, but it’s so worth it. I spread the good news to all my friends, associate, co workers, supervisors n family. They respond to me with satisfaction and happiness. I know good quality when I see it. The geek squad is top notch. Answer all my question with professionalismn and will fix all your product to your satisfaction, guaranteedwith great skills. Staff at Best Buy’s are respectable, give customers their fullest attention.I think it’s a great ideal to have a greeter soon as you enter the door with a smile. Done have to search for help like other business stores and everyone speaks clear English. They got my vote cause they’re the best.

My experience with My Best Buy Total Membership has been excellent. It offers great value and makes shopping at Best Buy much more convenient and stress-free. One of the best benefits is the protection and support you get for your devices. Knowing that my electronics are covered gives me a lot of peace of mind. The customer service has been very helpful whenever I had questions, and the process for getting support or help is quick and smooth. I also really like the additional perks, special member deals, and services that come with the membership. It makes a big difference when buying expensive electronics because you feel more secure about your purchase. Overall, this membership is definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy or buy electronics often. It adds real value, great protection, and a better overall experience. I’m very happy I signed up and would highly recommend it to others!

As a customer, I think the Best Buy yearly membership is really worth it because it gives a lot of helpful benefits. The best part is the free protection plans on most products, which makes you feel safe buying expensive electronics like laptops or TVs. I also like the longer 60-day return window because it gives more time to decide if you really want to keep something. The 24/7 tech support is useful when you have problems and need quick help, and the free shipping and member deals save money over time. Overall, it’s a good membership if you like buying electronics and want extra protection and support.

I have to be honest -- this membership had to have been developed with me in mind! I am not one who does many intricate activities on my computer. Sometimes when I am on my computer, I will click on an area to find out what it does or just try to set up a new (to me) "arrangement" to try out on my computer. That is, usually, when I find that I shouldn't have done that because something on the computer stops functioning or I can't access certain areas of my technology. Having faith in myself as being able to "figure things out" or search and find a site on the computer that will guide me to getting out of my predicament, I proceed. Then, a snowball effect takes place and I can no longer access or change anything on the computer and it just doesn't work. This is where my membership in the Best Buy Total Membership is the greatest. I go in to consult an agent who can deal with any issue I may have created and fix it! If I just went in or made an appointment to get help, it would be something that would take more than the allotted twenty minutes to take care of or I need to be taught how to do some things which are not covered by a short or one time visit. If I did just sign up to have a random lesson, I would have to pay for that referral - which may turn out to be a cost more than my one year membership. Therefore, I am ahead, have competence in the help and/or teaching done, have confidence that I will leave really knowing what to do (or not do), and with a fixed computer if such is needed. And, my membership covers everything! This is one place worth it to have a membership!

I ran into a situation where I needed my computer worked on and was offered to get this membership package and it has been a life saver for me. They were able to do a complete check on my computer to make sure it was free of viruses and then a few weeks later I was able to get help with another concern and they helped me to understand what was happening and they taught me what to look for so I could see potential problems and could prevent them. I love the service offered!

I had two wonderful experiences today, first with Jason from the geek squad and second with Erick from Samsung Television section, both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I forgot about the third experience where I purchased a 16 inch Dell laptop guide by a young lady, I forgot her name but she had a lot of beautiful piercings she was as helpful and knowledgeable as the other. I left with a laptop, a 77 inch Samsung 90F OLED, and soundbar . I plan to return for the 83 inch soon if I win the 400 gift card or the TV and soundbar goes on sale savings 400+ dollars

Normally I skip these protection plans, but with how much use this thing is going to get it felt like cheap insurance. The signup at checkout was painless and all the coverage details were laid out clearly, so I knew exactly what I was getting. With expensive gear that’s going to be running long prints, I like knowing that if something weird fails after the normal return window, I’m not eating the whole cost. For what I paid for the printer, the extra coverage was a no‑brainer.
