I had two wonderful experiences today, first with Jason from the geek squad and second with Erick from Samsung Television section, both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I forgot about the third experience where I purchased a 16 inch Dell laptop guide by a young lady, I forgot her name but she had a lot of beautiful piercings she was as helpful and knowledgeable as the other. I left with a laptop, a 77 inch Samsung 90F OLED, and soundbar . I plan to return for the 83 inch soon if I win the 400 gift card or the TV and soundbar goes on sale savings 400+ dollars

I’ve had a great experience with my Best Buy membership so far. The benefits really add up, especially if you shop for tech regularly. I love getting access to exclusive discounts and early deals—it makes a noticeable difference when buying bigger items like laptops or TVs. One of my favorite perks is the extended return window. It takes a lot of pressure off big purchases, knowing I have extra time to decide if something is right for me. The member support has also been excellent—quick, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, the membership feels worth it for the convenience, savings, and peace of mind. If you’re someone who buys electronics even a few times a year, it’s definitely a solid investment.

I've had my three different laptops into the text more times than I care to think each time it's a little painstaking setting up the appointments and waiting for them but they do their best to get you out in a fast hurry if you a lot about 20 minutes to a half an hour you should be seen by a tech within that time and the amount of money that I've saved is ridiculous hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in computer work all free well not entirely the plan does cost $197 annually at this time but it's paid for itself over and over I'm so happy that I gave this program a chance.

I don’t usually purchase things like this but I did when I bought my fridge because it was on sale. Thank goodness I did because I inadvertently purchased a standard depth fridge rather than the counter depth I needed. Paid the difference in the 2 products and the original one was replaced with a new counter depth fridge.

I was finding it impossible to connect my printer to my laptop. So off I went to Best Buy and after a good checkup they suggested a USB cable. Thank Goodness it is the solution I was hoping for. Now I have no more frustration trying to print. My laptop and printer sit side by side so the cord is behind both of them.

I’ve owned an HP laptop that had to be replaced twice over the span of two years, and I want to be clear — this review isn’t really about the computer itself. It’s about Best Buy’s membership and Geek Squad service, which have been absolutely outstanding. Both times my laptop was heavily damaged.I brought it in expecting a long, stressful process. Instead, the Geek Squad team was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They took the time to evaluate the issue, explained everything clearly, and when the laptop couldn’t be fixed, they replaced it without any hassle or unnecessary questions. The membership coverage is worth every penny. Knowing that my device was protected gave me complete peace of mind, and Best Buy truly stood behind what their plan promises. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and stress-free both times. There is honestly no downside to the membership in my experience. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and it saved me from having to replace an expensive computer on my own — twice. I highly recommend Best Buy’s membership and Geek Squad services to anyone who wants reliable protection and excellent customer care.

I signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership because my old Dell laptop suddenly started acting up, and I needed help fast. The Geek Squad team checked it out, explained what was going on, and recommended replacing a couple of parts. The repair is still in progress, but the whole process has been way smoother than I expected. What I really like about the membership is how much it covers without making things complicated. I didn’t have to guess what was included or worry about surprise costs. Every time I’ve checked in, the staff has been patient, clear, and genuinely helpful. It feels like they actually want to fix the problem instead of rushing me through it. Even though I originally joined just to get my laptop repaired, I’m realizing the membership is useful for pretty much all the tech in my home. The support, the discounts, and the peace of mind make it feel worth it. So far, it’s been a solid experience and I’m glad I signed up.

Easy to make an appointment, techs are knowledgeable and the fact that I'm 68 and I can ask all my questions and get al the tech help I need without feeling like an idiot is very nice. Being able to get help with all my apple products and also have them protected is huge for me and well worth the yearly membership.

My Best Buy Total has honestly been worth it for me. The member deals and discounts save money, especially on bigger purchases, and having protection plans included gives a lot of peace of mind. I get good customer service, great price reductions, special pricing changes for my listed heart items too. I got the geek squad yearly membership and Webroot auto renewal protection. For up to five devices. I can’t regret that! They come thru in so many ways I don’t even know until they advise me sometimes. I love Best Buy anyway but I respect their word on all of the above

This plan paid for itself in the first visit! I was disappointed that my desktop had issues after a routine update despite carrying the usual softwares to prevent such attacks. Bringing it in for this one time diagnostics plus repair was more expensive than this full year plan. And the plan includes to much more and it covers all my devices! Yes please. It was an easy decision. My only question was, why didn’t I do this sooner?

We purchased this when my cell phone got a bad viris and i couldn't do anything on my phone. The Geek Squad found the virus so fast, deleted it from my phone and in the apps it effected. I was in awe that these young guys were so knowledgeable. Best investment me made. In addition we brought our laptop in because it was running very slow and having lots of problems. These issues were also resolved

Ryo was absolutely amazing to work with, super personable and knew what he was doing. He was the only person in the entire capital region to tell me he could recover my MacBook files off my broken and dead MacBook, which happened to crash during my finals/graduation week. He literally saved years' worth of work and helped me graduate!

This is my second year with the Best Buy Total membership and it’s worth every dollar. I have at least 15 items all under insurance for once price. I’m rebuilding my gaming pc and the 2 day shipping makes my build that much closer to being finished. Geek Squad has been really helpful when i’m at work and my girlfriend calls for help while i’m away. I would recommend this membership to anyone who purchases an item from best buy.

Honestly one of the best purchases I have ever made. The pure amount of services that are provided to you by having this membership are amazing just alone those services cost tons of money and you get them for free just for paying less than $200 and you get a whole year not only that but you get guaranteed warranties on all your products 60 days return policy I mean what more could you ask for I mean it really is a no-brainer.

Really helped me with my computer. While they were unable to fix the problem, they helped me narrow down what it could be and send to the manufacturer. Can’t remember their names, but the two guys that helped me were very insightful and knew what they were doing. As someone who doesn’t know computer parts or issues whatsoever outside of random codes it’ll throw at ya when something’s wrong, they helped me understand and even recommend parts to fix the issue. Without the membership, I wouldn’t have been able to afford bringing my computer in 3 or more times like i had to

I believe this is a great product as not being "tech savy" and the young nan that was so gracious and patient with us going over and thru everything slow and simple. He was also a joy in a young man to sit and chat with us very casually tying this to that and just a joy to be in Customer Service Geek Squad. I wish l could remember his name. He gave us his recommendations on how often to come in and what to purchase for back up as we know nothing about such things.

I am so glad to have bough this membership! I will be having GeekSquad taking care of all my PC needs. My laptop was hacked and they took care of it and it is like a fresh new PC. Any issues with any of my PC's and I be making an appointment with GeekSquad, which is easy to do, and a they explained what they will be doing and when I picked it up, they explained was they found and what they did! Easy Breezy!
