    One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..

    I made multiple calls to determine if my desktop could support Window 11. The technician was very patient and explained the specs and how many components would need to be replaced. When I purchased a new computer, my files and contacts and apps and icons were transferred from the old computer without additional charges.

    It was a very reasonable addition to the cost of having malicious malware/software removed from my laptop computer. I may not need to use it for this in the future, but it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong within the next year I won't have that inital/upfront cost to have it looked at and fixed. I haven't had a chance to read and find out the additional advantages/features/perks it offers; and even if I don't use any of them in the upcoming year it's worth the peace of mind it is giving me.

    I’m very happy with my My Best Buy Total membership. The member pricing has already saved me money, and having access to Geek Squad support whenever I need help is a huge plus. For $49.99/year, I get free 2-day shipping, 60-day returns on most items, and access to some decent member-only deals. It paid for itself when I bought a laptop and got a price drop refund a few weeks later. The My Best Buy Total tier is pricier at $179.99/year, but it includes 24/7 Geek Squad tech support and up to 2 years of protection on most purchases, including AppleCare+ for Apple products. If you’re buying big-ticket electronics or want peace of mind with repairs, it might be worth the upgrade. That said, the value really depends on how often you shop at Best Buy. If you're only making one or two purchases a year, it might not be worth it. Also, be mindful of the auto-renewal—some users have found it tricky to cancel.

    This membership may be a good value, time will tell...I was not told until after I committed to the membership by having my Card swiped....I may have reconsidered had I know of the High Price with this option and the automatic reaccuring yearly charges...I believe all info should be given up front so the proposed member feels he is tgruly entering into a valid partnership...Leaves a hollow feeling after the fact...

    I bought a new Windows 11 model and had Best Buy transfer the data from my old Windows 10 computer. The agent that assissted me was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She promised it would be ready in 2 days, but it was actually ready in 1 day. The Geek that did the transfer got everything right and gave me an expert demonstration.

    Joshua in Best Buy Carson Valley, 911 Topsy Ln, Ste 250, Carson City, NV 89705 location is an absolute Super star. He helped me purchase an amazing Camera for my teenage daughter who just spent a week crying after she lost photos, and her SD card got corrupted from our T7. Joshua elaborately gave me all the benefits of becoming a My Best buy TOTAL member was so thorough and informational on all the benefits I Could not say NO. Step by step he walked me through the pamphlet and with all my purchases that would get their 24mo protection coming with my membership I've already utilized the $178 value IMMEDIATELY. Joshua and I did the math together and have already gained easily over $550 of just PROTECTION VALUE ALONE, on the side while being a member you get best buy "Member" Prices ON TOP of every perk that Best Buy and Geek Squad offer. Accidental coverage also! With a small fee you can get a $1200 item covered and if they can't do it, they send it off and they will get it done. Thank you, Joshua at the Carson City Nevada location you have given me such a sense of security with my items when shopping at Best Buy I WILL NO LONGER SHOP ANYWHERE else.     The only reason why I didn’t give a five star rating was that it was impossible to contact the geek squad through an AI telephone system that is obnoxious and actually insulting. There are many times when it’s necessary to not spend three hours trying to discuss something with the repairman. The Geek Squad deserves a five stars rating.

    I have always appreciated the benefits of my membership. Over the years with the expert service for my televisions, computers and all other electronics and appliances in Miami, San Jose, and now Waynesville NC. My most recent purchase of a washer and dryer delivery had the service people wearing shoe coverings and checking that everything worked and stayed to explain all the features and how to use them with my new appliances.

    I was not sure about the Best Buy Total membership at first, but I am so glad I made the choice to sign up. The membership has already paid for itself as each item I purchase automatically comes with a warranty. Had I purchased these warranties separately for all the items I bought, I would have paid much much more. Highly recommend getting this membership!!! There are so many perks to having this

I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options.     If You Love Yo Gadgets, Protect Yo Gadgets

    Look, if you’re the kind of person who treats their electronics better than some people treat their pets, this membership is a no-brainer. Having everything covered under a protection plan brings me more peace of mind than yoga and chamomile tea. It’s way better to have protection and not need it than to have a nervous breakdown over a cracked screen or faulty components with no safety net. You probably already treat them better than your children anyway. At least this way you can give these back and get a new one when they s@$# the bed. Try that with a child and see how that works out for you. Go ahead. I'll wait. And let’s be real for a second: if you proudly call yourself a gadget geek but can’t swing less than $200 a year to protect your precious babies, then my friend.... It might be time to pick up a new hobby, like knitting or competitive couponing. Totaltech isn’t just a membership, it’s a way of life. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there is always room to improve. Like giving total tech members higher priority as well as notifications and queue updates to pre order high demand items like the Nintendo Switch 2. Looking at you Best Buy.

    This membership has been a life saver for me. Especially the 24/7 access to the Geek Squad. I am not a computer expert and I need technical support quite often. They provide excellent service, are very professional, and always fix my problems (on all my devices.) My membership fee saves me money. If I had to pay separately for every time I needed technical help, I would be broke! I highley recomend this membership.

    I can't think of a better added value to the already wonderful deal we received on the computer we purchased. The Geek Squad had already proved themselves to us with their knowledge and advice.
