Good customer service

Very hard to communicate with this team because they hide their phone ID; comes across my phone as robo or telemarket caller. What is Best Buy Service center hiding from. We cannot answer phone calls without caller ID. Then when you get the message the call wait time is excessive; really upsetting. Is it a real business? If so turn the caller ID on and be proud of your business!

Best Warranty Out

The automatic AppleCare+ and 2-year protection plans on almost everything I buy have saved me hundreds on individual warranties. Having a 60-day return window is also a huge stress-reliever if I’m on the fence about a new piece of hardware. If you buy more than two major devices a year, it pays for itself.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was so amazing to sign up for I went in to get my computer fixed and they saved me so much money on, it was so awesome because I thought I broke my computer and the lady sat me down and explained my computer was trying to boot off of 2 hard drives that I had no idea about one of them and switched they switched it over to an ssd for me. The geek squad was so nice and gave a broken down explanation and gave me encouragement for replacing my mother board myself!

Essential Peace of Mind for My Tech and My Family

Since joining, the value has been undeniable. The standout feature for me is the 24/7 Geek Squad support. I recently had an issue with a laptop that wouldn't boot, and being able to bring it in without worrying about a massive diagnostic fee was a huge relief. They fixed the issue quickly and were professional throughout the process. I also love that AppleCare+ and product protection are included on most of my new purchases. It has completely changed how I shop; I no longer have to debate at the register whether to add a warranty because I know I’m already covered for up to 24 months. Between that and the free 2-day shipping, the membership paid for itself after just two major tech purchases. If you are someone who buys at least one or two big items a year (like a phone, TV, or laptop), or if you aren't very "tech-savvy" and want someone to call when things break, this membership is a no-brainer.

Broden Pater and Aurynn Harstad worked me. They were kind, professional and determined. Turned out that my large university client had uploaded a glitch that couldn't be removed unless the programs were removed, My husband and I were clients in Sacramento, in Salem and now here. Have never had the membership... which is shocking to me now. I've used the membership twice in the last two weeks just for a quick phone call that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own. LOVE it!!

She got me set up with my pre-order for my phone and ear buds. She was very patient with me. Even with my inconveniences. I came back the very next day and made sure SHE helped me set up my pre-order. Even when I came to pick up my phone, she helped me get checked out and even helped me pick out a phone case for my phone that I was buying with my gift card that was awarded to me from my pre-order and protection plan purchase. I love my phone and I love my ear buds. Thank you Tatiana. You have the best personality.

From the moment I signed up, the perks made shopping and protecting my devices so much easier. First of all having free shipping with no minimum purchase on everything I order from Best Buy is such a timesaver like it’s accessories, gadgets, or larger tech items, I never worry about extra shipping fees ( Which is good considering larger items). The 24/7 Geek Squad tech support has been a lifesaver. I’ve gotten expert help on device setup and troubleshooting literally anytime I needed it, without having to dig around for answers or pay extra. One of the biggest selling point for me was the up to two years of product protection that included extended coverage on devices like my computer which costed a pretty penny, which gave me real peace of mind knowing I’m covered if something accidental happens.

I recently had problems with an attack on my e-mail, they found the problems and made sure my computer was clean. They also found that part of the attack on my computer came from a recently purchased virus protection, not associated with Best Buy. I had them remove the virus protection and also with a letter of confirmation from them, I was able to get refunded from the purchased virus protection!

Loved the attention we got from start to finish

However, they said if I would cancel my current membership and purchase the TOTAL membership then the cost would be covered. So that is what I did. The better membership also resulted in some discounts on the new device we purchased. They even refund the unused portion of my old membership. This was a great experience. I saved $ all around.

40inch Insignia Fire TV

They were perfect for the two rooms they were placed. Very easy to set up and the picture is perfect! The price was amazing as I'd looked around and hands down Best Buy beat all stores selling TV's. I really love the Fire TV's as that's all I have in my house. I 100% recommend this TV. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Service and Great Money-saver

Incredible value

They completely handled my repair and exceeded my expectations. My old computer has been gathering dust and I just brought it in too, covered by the original payment of my membership. Already got a free protection plan for another product I needed anyway. Very worth the money and great peace of mind. So far received 800$ worth of services and a 20$ protection plan for <200$.

I love that I know that if I have a problem with anything that the Best Buy “My Best Buy Total Membership,” will have me covered without any problems. This is why I always trust Best Buy, and their customer service, and why I continue to purchase all my major products from them. Over the years I’ve had to rely on my Best Buy membership, and never had any issues whatsoever, and if the GeekSquad couldn’t figure out or fix my issue, they replaced it without having to jump through hoops. Thank you Best Buy, you will always have my support!

I like having protection plans included with my purchases it gives me peace of mind without extra costs. The tech support is also helpful and easy to use. I've also noticed some member-only deals, wich makes the membership feel more worth it. Overall, it's a solid option if you buy electronics regularly and want extra protection and support.

Without this membership you will be paying very high prices for simple repairs and maintenance. You’ll definitely thank yourself later for grabbing this and seeing all the benefits it has like membership prices on items, first look on deals and other benefits that come with being a my BestBuy total membership member
