I was excited about this purchase External condition was very good. But this unit was different from what's mentioned on website, it's 500 GB hard drive instead of 320 and slightly different model number. On very first day it suddenly stopped and rebooted and then work for couple of hours and did it again randomly. Took unit to Apple Store and they diagnosed that graphic card is the problem and this is a big issue. Took it back to bestbuy and they did returned it Hope they do not sell this unit again

I don’t have a problem with refurbish device, as long as they live up to the specifications advertised with the device. Unfortunately, I returned this item as it overheated more then it should have, and took four days to complete file encryption.

Performs well a little heavy and thick but it's a catch 22 it's thicker and heavier due to the CD rom drive which you can't even order on the newer ones.

Great laptop ! Was able to save money on this used one as well. Does everything I need it to do.

the enter key is broke there was a disc inside (medical billing training CD kinda proves that they did not go over whole computer battery life is very short the product was clean

MacBooks are great I just didn't realize when I bought this it was so old, the price should be a bit more reasonable for such an old computer.

Refurbished laptops are not very wonderful to purchase because they might have issue with software or even scratches

Great computer can handle most stuff open, just gets hots quick but after that its good

Bought this for my Daughters old laptop replacement , but she need a program for video editing , and the the program needs new OS and apple just not letting older Mac gets new update. IT sucks to have a mac that limited of use. ILL GO BACK TO PC.

This was for my father-in-law, I didn't want the bother of the typical Windows based laptop problems, so although this upper-end Mac Pro is refurbished, it will be perfect for my father in law, as he requested we added an external drive, and apple magic mouse, he's very happy with it and will last him a very long time.

Needed the iso software to be downloaded. Bad experience.

This computer kept restarting.I tried putting back to factory settings that didn’t work.Brought it back they gave me a hard time because it was over the return date.But eventually the geek squad took it.After they ran a diagnostic testing it was a bad computer.After much argument they took it back and credited it back

Was delivered on time. Was easy to set up. And it all worked perfect. Was well pleased with the whole process.

Sorry. This laptop didn't last 60 days. Total hardware failure

The laptop I received was a disaster. This is not as described. The largest online superstore has a much better program and you can get a warranty.

Bought this Used Mac computer from you and 2 months later charger mysteriously breaks? Then you tell me I have to buy a new from you? Are you kidding me!!! Will not shop with your business again!!!

Bought a refurbished Mac computer for about 1/2 price of new and it works perfectly. Very pleased.

Waste of time. Keeps turning off. Bad for students
