I was going to get a mini Google Nest as I already have two of them, but the display is SO nice. I've completely replaced my outdated alarm clock with this. It does everything any Google Home product does, just with an additional screen to show you more information. For example, if you ask about the weather for the day, it will vocally tell you, but the display will also show the weather for the next week with highs and lows. It also has a cool feature that dims and brightens the screen based on light it senses already in the room, so it isn't too bright at night. It was quite easy to set up, just like the others. It's a little bit of a pain to move one to a different room as you have to reset it and reconnect it, but it could definitely be harder.

Very happy. I especially like the large digital clockface that appears at night when you use it as a bedside alarm clock. I have both this unit and an Amazon Echo Show 5. Sound, picture quality, speed and accuracy of answers to questions are better on this unit. The Echo Show is easier to set up for alarms and smart home control. I also like the "drop in" feature if you have other Amazon devices. I have not tried the sleep monitoring feature which sounds a little creepy. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

We purchased three of these. One for our Kitchen and then one each for our nightstands. The main functions for us was 1. Automatic video feed from our Nest Doorbell when it was rang. 2. Pull up Nest Camera Feed 3. Easily turning the lights on and off on screen or with voice commands This does all of that great. The speakers are nice for music but not the driving factor for us. You also have the ability to turn off the mic using the switch built into the Hub. They serve their purpose well and are very convenient. Sometimes they are slow to complete a task such as when verbally being told to turn on or of lights but it is far and in between so I can still confidently recommend them!

You can ask Google anything because it’s knowledge is infinite! You can set, plan or remind yourself of future events. You can watch any movie, YouTube video local weather forecast or listen to any song that actually sounds great with the quality speaker!!

This smart speaker/display is a great upgrade over the first generation. Now the main improvement is the sleep tracking and I’m here to tell you that it works and it works great. I’ve always wanted to be able to see how well I’m sleeping and I absolutely hate wearing a watch while I sleep, and this is solves that problem. During set up you tell it when you want to go to bed and when you want to wake up and it will remind you it’s time for bed before hand so you can get ready. It also sounds a lot better then the first generation. It sounds fuller with more base. Now it’s not going to replace a bigger speaker, but it’s not bad at all. It also loads and runs faster as well. Google did well here. Now I’m just hoping they’ll update the Nest Hub Max nest.

Excellent product for the price you pay , easy setup and functionality. Good for small homes and for home integration.

Your memories are displayed on the crisp screen, making it a digital photo frame as well. But don't worry, it won't randomly show that embarrassing picture from last Christmas. Unless, of course, you want it to. The control is in your hands! And don't even get me started on the sleep sensing. This smart device could moonlight as a sleep guru. I purchased my Google home for the sole purpose of playing music in the kitchen while cooking/entertaining. It works amazing well and the price adds to how much I enjoy this product. It was easy to set up and for someone who enjoys their privacy I like having the option to he turn off the mic.

Though they can be a little slow due to their aging internals, the Nest hubs are still great for all kinds of things. We regularly use it for timers, alarms, shopping lists, and weather updates. It's also great for those times when random questions pop up in your head that you need an answer to, and your phone is in the other room. Also, the speak is loud and sounds great! Awesome for when we're hosting parties and syncing the sound with our sound bar and other Nests.

Great Speaker for bedroom. The sleep tracking system works fine but you do have to have it in the right position. There's not much difference between this one and the older generation nest hubs. There are no cameras on this model but for some, this may be a pro.

I bought the Google Nest Hub for my kids, and it has been an absolute game-changer! The display is crisp, the sound quality is great, and the voice recognition works flawlessly. If you're in the google ecosystem, this thing is great. It has many features. I liked it so much I got a second one. What I love about it. It's an excellent alarm clock. The screen goes into a dark mode at night and displays a digital clock. You can look up videos for recipes or other information while in the kitchen. It shows video of the nest doorbell when somebody rings it. The speakers are surprisingly good. It looks like a digital picture frame when you're not using it. People often ask what the device is. If you wondered what the google assistant would be like if it had a screen, this is it. The Nest hub is just okay if you don't need to control other devices. It's excellent if you do. Recommend

I can easily play music with this small item. Fast and reliable.

There are a few limitations with this item, some features that I still don't totally understand, but overall it works very well, does what I really wanted it to do, and is much better than the cheaper speaker version I had in my bedroom before, a Lenovo. This is a lot better, mostly easy too set up, and has worked quite well for about 5 months so far.

I bought the hub so for few reason but the main one was to have it in the kitchen to play music while cooking and also have my schedule but also so I can watch my Google cameras if needed , and I love it , its alegant, the right size for me I added an album so its going through it also very nice , the speaker is great and the screen is clear and very responsive and because I really liked it I got another one for the bedroom

Have one for the living room and adding another one for the bedroom makes it easy putting notes, reminders, entertainment, etc. It’s compact and easy to use.

Love these two 2nd gen Hubs! Compact, stylish, great screen and decent sound. Have a gen 1 for a few years, works as expected. Can even see my Google Mesh Speed test on the Hub, which is helpful as i work from home and rely on knowing the connection speed and quality prior to an appointment or call. Where it really shines is the watching Youtube TV bedside when my wife is watching Below Deck. It also has a great sleep monitor that is very accurate according to my Garmin Watch that does the same from my wrist when i wear it to bed. This is way more comfortable than a watch though! Great price too!

I got Nest hub after I already tried to use HomePod mini and Amazon Alexa devices to control my smart home bulbs, plugs and security cameras. I can say I like it more than others assistant’s devices . It is better understanding what i said. It is easier to connect smart devices to it than to HomePod and Alexa . I also use it like a clock and alarm in my bedroom. So far it is best smart assistant for smart home I found.
