Spent 2 hrs on Phone w/Google Support, resetting everything so many times and this same device would not reconnect to Mesh, 3 weeks left on warranty

We're sorry to learn that you're experiencing some difficulties with your Nest Wifi when it comes to renaming your access point and that you had to stay on the phone for 2 hours.
