Amazing home network

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased these as an upgrade to our previous Google Wifi system when we upgraded our internet speed for working from home. While they may offer faster speeds, they are not nearly as intuitive as the older system and have introduced problems that we never had with the old Google WiFi. Some items connect to their network relatively easily, but we have also had a ton of problems with fairly basic functions like sharing printers. We've also seen devices, specifically our phones, are dropping WiFi signal more often than on our old system. We have also noticed that while the top speed of the connection is more stable, things take longer to "ramp up" and start playing, ie. streaming video through Disney+ and YouTube. Even Nest products are inconsistent with connecting to this system. Our Nest thermostat connected with no problem, but three weeks later, our Nest Protect still won't connect to this network, which removes some of its key functionality. We're hoping that these will get better with software updates, but right now, we definitely regret this purchase.
