If you’re not getting close to the speeds you pay or have dead zones in your house. Ditch the crappy modem/router companies provide which you’re most likely renting (Like Cox, $10/month) and buy your own router and this modem. Once I did it increased my WiFi speeds and had no more dead zones.

Super fast download and upload speeds. Set up was not too bad. We have 6 kids in the house at least 40+ devices ranging from laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, Google home minis, a printer and lots more all connected and this modem (Along with our Google Nest Rluter) can handle it just fine.

The modem is designed for easy set-up. The only issue I had was noting the order of operations in the documentation was not entirely accurate. The step involving making contact with tech support at the cable provider must be done before completing configuration. Uptime is nearly 100% so far.

This modem was ok. It worked for the most part and provided great speeds. Like my net gear router, it occasionally had some glitches and issues that forced me to hard reset this modem and router to get my internet back up and running. Hopefully Netgear has come out with firmware updates that address the internet dropout issues.

I got this to use when I noticed Optimum started charging $10 a month rental fee's. I was impressed that I didn't even have to call the cable company to get the modem up and running. It has been working great for the few weeks that I have had it. This is a no brainer for those paying a rental fee to the cable company.

is working great replaced old apple modem speeds have gone from 25 what ever to just over 200 have not rebooted or done anything in the six weeks had it only problem was talking to the woman from who knows where with the internet people giving them the numbers they wanted

Great device. Was able to connect immediately and faster. Didn’t have one issue. I love that I was able to download and app and change any of the settings if needed.

I needed a quick replacement for my old cable modem. The NETGEAR 32x8 is on Comcast’s equipment list, and it was a super easy swap with the old one. It has more capacity than I need for my 60 Mb/s speed, but will cover any upgrade in the future. NETGEAR products have always been reliable for me.

Great cable modem and is compatible with Xfinity internet provider. Easy to set up and I have a strong internet connection now that I pair it with the Nest Wi-Fi router and points.

Does exactly what I need it to do. I get more than the download/upload speeds I'm paying for so there's nothing to complain about. We use the internet heavily on multiple devices throughout much of the day in my house and have had no issues so far.

Great speed!!! Get good router to go with this to enjoy the great speed this modem offers. I'm with Xfinity and get 28 download streams out of possible 32 modem is capable of with Blast Pro (200Mbps). It flys!!!

I use this modem with my Comcast 250mbps speed internet. Paired with my NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router, I regularly get download speeds of around 150-200mbps over WiFi. I bought this to replace my ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem which keeps rebooting and dropping connection.

Old modem died, so purchased this one. Didnt realize my old one was so outdated, upgrading to this unleashed speed that i was paying for and couldn't get due to old slow modem. Zipping along nicely now. Maybe a little pricier than the Surfboard models out there, but i've always had good luck with Netgear.
