Made poorly would not connect with Comcast blast services. My Wi-Fi kept cutting out repeatedly after purchasing this item. The prior generation I have from the same company has been fantastic.

I gave this 3 stars, cuz it's a cable modem. How excited can you get? You plug it in and you have internet. Wow. Would I buy another? Sure, if I had another house that needed the internet. I am neither over nor under, just whelmed.

This modem wouldn't even hold a constant download speed for more than an hour. It dropped to less than half of what it was initially after an hour. Spent hours on the phone with Comcast and never got it to work right. Returned it the next day.

I am sorry to report that this item arrived not working. I am processing a return. This is not BestBuy or Netgear s fault. I think it was damaged in transit

This modem has had problems from the get go,never worked right keeps going offline after dealing with support with no success my 14 day return period is over.best buy used to have a good return policy I don’t know what happened probably won’t be doing much shopping there anymore

It’s alright. Had issues right off the bat. Unit would freeze and had to restart. Returned after a week of use. Got the ARRIS - SURFboard instead so far no issues at all

Unfortunately I was unable to get this item to work. After a combined hour and a half phone support with my ISP and Netgear Support we could not determine the issue and I ended up returning this product.

I had to return this purchase because my connectivity was constantly being dropped and come to find out there has been numerous issue regarding the notorious chipset that this specific modem uses.

This product is pure crap, because it keep losing the internet signal!!! Best Buy is full of crap by not letting return this product, four days after the return policy ended!!!

Could not get my wifi to work with this device. Even had the cox techs try to hook it' Tried 2 different units no luck so took back again and switched to a different brand and everything works great

Can’t be used if you need a phone line with Comcast. Returned during Covid shutdown, curbside no touch, made up for sales associate who made the suggestion.

This router has a known bad chipset. Not reliable lots of lost connection.

This has a flaw in it. It did not work for internet speed. I had to purchase a 3.1.
