Got this to replace a Motorola surfboard and it has made a dramatic difference. Speeds are more consistent and it covers a greater area.

So far, I had 0 problems with this. Installation is not super easy as you have to call the cable company and provide MAC Address. They do have an "online" portal to do it yourself, but you will get a message that something went wrong and to call them, so their self-service piece does not work. Other than that, I connected it to Google mesh, and I had 0 problems ever since using this. Spectrum modem I had to restart occasionally to get the internet connection back.

Once you get this set up with your internet provider, (which is very easy), this product works as expected. I have had no issues with this modem.

Had it working with Comcast within 20 minutes. Process was easy to follow. The modem is working at the designated speed with no problems.

I wanted an upgrade mostly for gaming, the reviews gave me the decision to purchase this one, glad I did its doing pretty much what I needed.

This really helps with my Internet connection and improved my Speed I can’t remember who helped us but he was very knowledgeable

If looking for a good modem for cheap, this is it.

Had a previous version that had no issues so I decided to stay with Netgear. No issues as of yet and I don't expect any in the future.

Had no problem installing with the help of Xfinity rep. After install plugged in my router I was up and running.

By far the best 3.0 modem that I have used so far. No complaints with disconnects and the speed is very good as well.

I needed the best that I could comfortably afford and I got it in this NETGEAR modem. It's compatible with SUDDENLINK and saved me a HUGE amount of hassle with them. I highly recommend this product for your own homes and to solve that frustrating and money consuming renting modem from your cable/net provider situation. It handles wonderfully, we no longer have periods of slow net thanks to others using their own devices at the same time.

What a great modem. If you need a modem that does everything this is it. You will not be disappointed.

My modem as getting old and my internet was getting slower. This helped speed it back up

This is a great modem. I had to purchase one since my new ISP wanted to rent one for a monthly fee. It's compatible with XFinity.

My old modem went poof bought this one i get awesome speed and no issued i love it now time to upgrade router

This cable modem works well. It supports the 400 Mbps stream from Spectrum Charter. It is physically very light, so much so that the weight of the coax cable can pull it off of a shelf.

Covid hit and i needed better internet. Netgear knows what there doing
