    Three weeks in and never needs robooting but the internet carrier goes out frequently so maybe that is a reboot for it

    I had two problems. 1. The box arrived shaped like an accordion. Somehow the internal box seemed undamaged. 2. The modem was defective out of the box. The installer said he's only seen this twice in his career. So, in the process of moving, etc., it was about 17 days or so between me exchanging the one I purchased for an exact same model. I had to purchase additional warranty because I had to exchange greater than 15 days! It cost me an extra 13 dollars to do this! What BS!

    Cable companies keep increasing the monthly modem fees so i decided to purchase my own modem and router. Great choice. I am getting faster speeds than with the cable company device and, of course, my monthly internet bill went down. The modem has been reliable.
