    After having fits time and again with Cox-issued modems, I purchased this modem and have had much better luck. Ultimately we found out that our service line had issues which caused a lot of speed issues but still we are having much better luck with our own modem than the rental.

    Dislike how ISPs charge you for the modem/router in your bill. A years worth of charges is enough to buy this. I had a Netgear router beforehand but needed a modem! This one connected well with Xfinity.
