It's working well and I haven't had any problems so far.

Great modem. Connectivity with Optimum has been rock solid since we bought this modem and returned the modem that Optimum was charging us to rent each month. Very happy we made the change. It works great with Optimum NJ.

This worked right out of the box. Plug and play with no issues.

Easy to setup and is stable 24/7. Besides having to call my provider and clear up an issue with switching to this modem, it was up and running immediately after.

It works great, it is easy to set up. Recommended it.

No issues so far. I ' teamed" it up with my Linksy mesh system.

Another excellent addition to the Netgear family. I have both a Netgear Nighthawk router and this modem. Together, they make a team that never disappoints on WiFi standards.

Does what it's supposed to. UNFORTUNATELY, if you have altice/optimum in the tristate area, the only send 16x4 on DOCSIS 3.0 ... get the DOCSIS 3.1 if you are looking for gig speeds from optimum If this item IS what you're looking for, then it works great! Just didn't work for my application.

I refuse to use the Comcast gateway router. I don’t want to pay for it each month and I don’t want my house to be a hot spot. This is a great router, my last one lasted more than 5 years, and I expect to get that again with this one.

It was a good choice but to square everything with Spectrum was a long process. Netgear’s costumer services was useless.

As far I can tell it’s doing the job of making our internet faster.

Works well for my needs. Didnt feel the need to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1

We were told this would work with Xfinity internet it does not. If you have a optical cable connection which Xfinity uses. Other than wasting my time I am sure this was a good modem for regular cable.

Works really well with Spectrum. This was one of the modems that was recommended by the company, after we switched from ATT. Service is better at home. My husband set it up quickly.

Glad i bought this so i didnt have to pay for rental equipment from Cox !!!!

Bought this along with Google nest Wi-Fi to replace Xfinity combo router/modem. Couldn't be happier. I also have a WiFi point in the basement and both give very good coverage. I plan on buying another point to put on my garage.

Was a good buy. Quality wise I would not rate it high class, but it solved my immediate need. There are better ones available in the market with new technologies which I would prefer as they come at a similar price point, maybe tab but higher but can be for long term.
