It does what it says it will do. This was an upgrade from a previous model. Much less internet lockups now.

We were in need of a new modem, after receiving upgrades in our internet service. Thankfully the local Best Buy had this option, which has worked well for us.

We were looking for a modem that would work with a WiFi. This is it! We bought the WiFi at Best Buy to and it has made our internet and all other Bluetooth products run great!

After set up, there were a couple times in the first week where I lost a connection. Not sure if it was a modem problem or not but since then it's been great.

I just bought one of these so I wouldn't have to rent the one from the cable company. There's was way more expensive with the package to rent.

It helped me get a stable internet connection. Im now able to keep a constant connection with my internet.

The modem/ Wi-Fi from my cable provider was the best they had & got increasingly worse. Wireless printing was intermittent, response was poor, & signal weak. All of which is resolved.

This was a big upgrade for me and there’s no turning back! I haven’t had any connection issues since purchasing this as half of my new modem/router duo.

This product requires a PC or Mac with an ethernet port. I use Surface Pro which didn't have it. I tried to call the customer service and hung up after 30 min wait. I finally spent another $20 for ethernet / USP adapter.

Works great with cox internet, beats paying monthly for the modem they provide

Bought this in August to hook up to Cox Internet because they told me I needed a new modem when I switched over to them for television. After that I had so much trouble with my system my Internet and Cox kept troubleshooting and we thought it was the lines they came out worked on it did everything they could think of. Two days ago they suggested I get a new modem and see if that made a difference. I bought a new modem and no problem. That was $100 down the drain since I now can’t return the bad modem over the 15 days to return.

Works just as stated on the box. Dependable connection.

purchased this modem along with a new router to upgrade my signal strength for our wireless products. i had a two in one before. i was told; specifically by a best buy employee; that this was going to make a substantial difference in my signal strength. well so far, it's better but not by much. i feel like i spent the extra 200 for a very little extra help. i'm not a computer nerd, in fact i suck when i comes to these sorts of things, so maybe i didn't do something right. i'm old school, i just followed the directions. i could be missing that special nerdy touch. anyway, it's better but i'm not too happy about it. course i would always recommend buying your own modem and not having to rent it from a cable/satellite company.

Perfect for high speed internet from Xfinity. Steady speed and easy GUI. Hardly any setup required.

Purchased to replace an older modem that was no longer supported by Comcast. Since set up, I've had absolutely no problems and connections. Pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this modem to replace the one I was leasing from Comcast for $10.00 a month. It is exactly the same and paid for itself in less than a year. No more lease.

We bought this to upgrade from our spectrum modem to handle all our smart home device's. It made a big difference.
