Bought this router instead of paying Comcast for one. Works great

Great router modem. Easy to install. Probably overkill for my small apartment as far as speed. Make sure you compare your internet plan vs router speed. A plan of 150 and a router/modem of 500 won't make you go faster.

Worked better than comcast provided modem router. However, i needed to contact support to get it running at its fullest.

Good ease of use, and simple to set up. Coverage is good. Expected a bit farther range, but still worth the price overall.

Excellent cheaper Wireless AC moden/router combo. 8x2 and AC 1200 is plenty for a medium sized home and reception is consistent and strong throughout the house.

perfect replacement for Comcast, more speed and security

Moved to a semi-rural town with 1 internet service provider. Purchased this to avoid their equipment rental fee. More than enough for a 2 bedroom apartment. Quick and great reach.

When I bought this router, it cost way more than the current price. However, it was still definitely worth it. It is a router and a modem, with good security features. Definitely good investment. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have many ethernet connections, I ad to buy a multiple ethernet port adapter, but no biggies. Buy it now that it is cheaper!

I bought this modem-router to replace the one I was renting from my internet provider. It works fine now, but I had a hard time with the setup and had to work with the manufacturer on the phone to resolve connection issues. It did not simply “plug in and use.” Now it serves the purpose well and I save $14 a month from exorbitant internet fees.

Moved into a new 2-story house with no internet connections upstairs. No lag or buffering when running multiple devices upstairs in different rooms. Typically streaming hd video on 2 tvs & a combination of desktop, laptop, & phones at the same time with no problems. And it only cost half as much as the "high-end" products.

Although these all-in-one solutions can be a little expensive upfront, you will save in the long run. If you’re paying $5 or $10 a month to rent your Wi-Fi router from your provider this solution helps remove all of the ugly bulky equipment they sent you and once it’s returned you’ll save the monthly fee. After a year or two you should have made your money back and then some. Wi-Fi coverage and average speeds improved after replacing my old ISPs hardware. Definitely recommend this.

The product has a good price, but it is only a router. Make sure that you do not need both a router and a modem. It is easy to hook up and is 5G compatible.

I have Xfinity/Comcast internet and have been paying to rent a modem. In the past, I have used on older "surfboard" style of modem, but it was slow and eventually went out of date. This NETGEAR Router/Modem was so easy to set up. I literally just plugged it in. After 1 restart to the modem I was able to access the internet. My speed stayed the same, and I have had no issues with ALL of my other devices connecting to it.

Easy to use product. Setup is quick and simple. Device is good in size, not too bulky or large.

Why pay $10 a month for a cable modem AND buy or rent a wifi router? This one works GREAT. Plus I really do like the netgear app, which allows for management of the device from my phone, even when I'm not on the local network.
