It just works

WiFi is fast, the connection is reliable, but there is a drawback. When this unit gets too hot it like any other piece of equipment gets a little funky. The easiest way to remedy that is to make sure nothing around it is too close or on top. Otherwise great modem. Far and away better than the one you’ll get from your provider.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this for LESS THAN ONE MONTH and have been without Internet for at least seven days this product is NO LONGER RETURNABLE and the rep that checked me out DID NOT OFFER ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN!!!!! constantly had flashing lights and SLOW SPEEDS WHEN IT DOES WORK EVEN WITH A HIGH SPEED PLAN!! you can’t even connect to the network most of the time!!!! the on and off button is confusing, the stupid antenna things are all wobbly THATS HOW THEY ARE MADE!! Device ALWAYS RUNS HOT no matter how or where its placed. DOES NOT COME WITH A COAXLE CABLE THATS REQUIRED TO USE WITH XFINITY SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ITS COMPATIBLE ON THE BOX !!! So expect to spend another $20+ dollars for another cable!!! I’ve had issues with this brand in the past and was desperate to get some thing because I just moved and I wish I would’ve done my research before I bought this. I no longer will be shopping at Best Buy and also will never buy from this brand again. I think BEST BUYS RETURN POLICY SUCKS BECAUSE SO DO THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!! I will be FILLING A CLAIM WITH MY BANK AND WILL GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DID NOT JUST SPEND $100 for 3 WEEKS OF MEDIOCRE WIFI!!!!!

Great router... easy to set up and control

Maybe an hour or so total. Haven't had a problem in the month I have been using it. Use for both work (lots of video meetings) and personal viewing and internet use.
