I'm not a techie, but installation was straightforward with the help of youtube. I did not have to contact Xfinity for activation. It is a little expensive, but I received a 15% discount for recycling my old modem with BB (I believe this discount expires on 12-31-2022). I never had an issue with my old Netgear cable modem, so why change.

This was very easy to setup and switch over internet and voice from a Comcast rented cable modem. The changeover required contacting Comcast but this went fairly well. Don't be afraid to make this change and you will save money in the long run.

I purchased the Netgear Cable Modem with voice to avoid the rental charge associated with Comcast and pair it with my Orbi 6 Mesh Wifi. The cable modem is the best on the market and has ensures I reach the max potential when it comes to video and cable steaming.

Great upgrade on previous rental modem. Only problem was my landline with Optimum was not compatible with this device.

I needed to improve my home network. If you’re Spectrum customer this is a perfect replacement for their cable modem. If you’re using the voice option from spectrum just know this modem won’t work for that feature. Overall, a great modem that easy to setup and their tech support is awesome if you need them.

Bought this along with a dedicated router too replace a combined modem/router setup that was slow and unreliable. WiFi speeds are really fast and streaming is much improved. Only problem was getting xfinity to recognize the modem, but that was xfinity's fault.

Replaced my Arris T25 and my internet speed went up from 800mb/s to 1300mb/s. I have had to manually reboot it once as Comcast cannot remotely reboot it but it seems to work well with my Orbi Pro routers. Was able to replace out my existing modem and activated it on Comcast without having to call them big plus!

Gets the job done. Pretty reliable, though my last one died just out of warranty. Very stable connection. Rarely needs rebooting.Lets me access high speeds of Xfinity internet without having to rent their equipment.

Its prettt MEH… this cable router is nothing to write home about. Has been working fine, but considering it’s the nost expensive one from the list of supported Comcast/Xfinity DOCSIS 3.1 routera… it better be. I don’t think this thing is worth more than $180-$220 bucks. In hindsight, wish I could have gotten the Motorola one for almost half the price.

Absolutely great no issues, probably overkill but hopefully will last for a good while. One thing was that comcast made us get voice to have a cheaper package so unless you need the voice capability there may be cheaper options.

Easy Setup and fast internet. A little spendy but worth it for what you get.

The setup with Xfinity was a breeze. I connected within minutes.So far the bandwidth received is almost 99% of what I'm paying for. The telephone connection using an old old bell telephone was flawless. Hope it stays this way.

Product is good for the needs of the house and the internet speed.

Easy setup for Xfinity. My plan speed is 1200 Mbps, so far fastest I have seen is 879 Mbps.
