XFiniti upgraded my service to 1.2k GBs. However my previous model is kicking out the same speed to my PC since my NiC is 1000 GBs. You really need a 2.5k GBs NiC to take advantage of this unit which is super rare unless you have a whitenbox BTO and spec it in. Definitely not mainstream. One positive is that it does run cool.

After my initial problems with my 1st order (equipment issue), Brian stepped in and swapped out the modem and router for new but same units the day after; and we have had no problems since. Thank you very very much Brian !!!

Returned my Arris modem and purchased CM2050V. My speed is better than before. I went from 175 Mbps to 200 Mbps. I would totally recommend this product. I only wished that there was a slot for backup Lithium battery for power outages. It is a voice modem (for telephone), after all.

While it was a little difficult getting this established as my new modem, once I got over that hurdle, it has been super reliable. The lights are easy to read / understand.

This modem gave exactly what I needed. Having Xfinity voice, we needed something that provided connectivity to our mesh network and provide us with phone access. Really happy with this purchase.

Easy to setup and especially for the phone network connection. Speed is dictated by Xfinity so I have not attained optimum speed. DOWNLOAD Mbps 900.63 UPLOAD Mbps 38.73 using an iMAC current generationAnd OS Monterey 12.6 and on a 1Gig Xfinity connection.

Had to drop the Xfinity modem for a few reasons, this is a good replacement. Only downside is now they claim the modem is the problem since its not theirs.

It does it's job. I understand that landlines aren't much of a thing anymore but I do still have an Xfinity landline to use for working since I need a fax on occassion. I really wish that had a router built in like the good old days. Can't find a modem/router to work with the Xfinity triple play.

Very good modem and very fast. One of the few that still has phone jacks for landlines for those who can't part with their landline phone.

I've got limited options when it comes to using my own modem with Xfinity, since I am one of the remaining 17 people who have a landline and require a modem with voice capability. This one (of a whopping two choices) is solid and does the job. This is my second unit. Had to replace my first unit after just over a year (of course, just out of warranty!) when Xfinity maintenance killed my first one. (Pro tip: unplug your modem when Xfinity is doing maintenance in your area!) Plugged it in, followed Xfinity wizard for setup, and I was back on the internet in 10 minutes flat. No issues.

I haven nothing bad to say about this... It is a 2.5 gbps modem with voice. I haven't had any issues. It has performed flawlessly 24/7 since I turned it on. I get 1gbps per my service. My only complaint would be the vertical form factor. It is so light that the coax cable it self tends to make it fall over.

Netgear is the only brand we use. We always had issues w/the others or they quit to quickly. The performance of this netgear has been great; just like it's predecessors. I would recommend it to anyone!

Followed the Netgear setup instructions and connected to Xfinity without issues. Now I am getting the speeds that is in my Xfinity plan.

cool features ....that can be accessed with ones phone. I can kick individual users devices or just turn off the whole shebang. I can change the guest password in moments. See ya Ellen...till next time...But my goodness. paid about...350$ phew. alot
