    It took me 3 days, 2 calls to tech support and a lunch for my neighbor who helped me finally activate this.

    unfortunately, while trying to set up, we discovered the site was hacked and that is why i had to return it. the installer said it was the first time he had ever seen this happen and to not trust the site.

    The product would not work in my house and/or sync up with the phone app. The internet service man at my house even tried to make it work and was unable to do do it.
