With DOCSIS 3.1 I'll be ready for the next network upgrade! This modem has much more channels than a stock cable gateway! Compatible with Xfinity from Comcast, Cox, Mediacom Cable, and more.

1 ding for having to return a defective unit for a replacement. 5 star performance once we finally got set up. Its NOT plug and play for Xfinity, they couldn't help with remote install, we had to have Xfinity rep come and configure. We paired with a TP Link AX 6000 router and now have a spectacular wifi setup that separates the two channels, smart devices are a snap to configure now.

Works like a charm. Got rid of slow optimum provided modem and replaced with this. Works the same even after a year

I now have a Netgear Nighthawk R700 to go with this, and I would never look back. Best set up you could ask for. Ookla speed tests give me 240 mbps download with 12 mbps upload on the 5.0. The 2.4 is pulling 99.4 mbps download 12.2 upload.

Netgear modem is very reliable, transmit signal without latency.

Have had zero internet / wifi problems since installing! Sent back ISP gateway which they refused to bridge to my Netgear AC 4000 Tri-Band router

Upgraded to cox ultimate and needed a better cable modem. Upgraded to this and it works perfectly. Usually range from 200-300 downloads speeds. Would recommend.

I’m very happy with this Netgear modem. It was easy to set up with my existing mesh system/router. The lights on this product are a lot more subtle than the Arris brand, and I like they are not so bright! It works well and has been reliable.

Currently using Comcast Internet Service. Cable Modem is easy to setup - Once you provide Comcast the Mac Address and Serial Number - You save yourself the $ 11.00 per month Rental Fee not having to use there modem - After a year or two of ownership -the Modem will pay for itself and is better then what they are providing. The Modem is fast and reliable as long as your signal levels are on the plus side.

definitely one of the best modems for this price point. works with my xfinity internet.

Have nothing bad to say about this modem. It can handle up to 1 gig at least and I don’t have that yet but will be upgrading with my modem and router set up. My router chews up bites for security. I have a dream machine hooked up to my net gear modem and work great together.

I am just getting started in the brave new world of Internet TV. I have been studying all the options. The Nvidia Shield is the best! The Amazon Fire TV is great also but the Shield is the way to go and Best Buy has some really good deals. I also purchased the optional stand, a bit pricey but very high quality and design.
