I came to the store to purchases a highly recommended (Online reviews) ASUS router. But when in store sales people and fellow customers - guided toward the Night Hawk with reports of very reliable operation. It cost $20 less so I got this one. I'm not at all unhappy. Love the fact that it came labeled with the ssid and password that would be necessary to log in in the event of a complete reset. Shape of the plug in might be great for some applications but I plug it into a power strip that sits on the floor. Small movements cause it to be unplugged fairly easily. Would work fine if I had it plugged into a vertical wall. Range is the best that I have ever had in my home. AC option seems to work well for those devices that use it.

The range is fantastic! It can be used to set up a VPN and also like a personal cloud.

I have been very pleased with this item. It works great and does exactly what it's suppose to do.

This is an excellent router that is very easy to setup and deploy. It has enough range to cover a 10K sqr ft warehouse. The item was in stock at my local store. This device does not replace a cable modem.

The setup for this wifi router is one of the easiest I've ever used and the speeds produced have been as advertised. I'm getting good speeds throughout a 3000 sqft single story home except on the other side of my kitchen where the signal is likely interfered with some by my appliances.

A friend recommended and I am so glad they did! We get great coverage throughout our home. Easy setup.

I have this hooked up to a 1000' fiber run from my parents house to my house and it is incredibly fast

This is a reliable router that provides fantastic coverage in my two story home. It even reaches to my detached garage and large backyard! It connects multiple devices flawlessly and streams video to multiple devices with no buffering. Highly recommend this Nighthawk!

Router was easy to set up via smartphone app and works well in our mid-sized home. Would've been even easier if I had found the VERY SMALL QR code sticker on the overlay packaging (looked for it but missed it).

Better range than my old router. Was a little dissapointed it wasnt alot better but it is better none the less.

This router works very well. The range on the router is awesome! Compared to my Linksys router, I haven't had any issues. Since purchasing this router It has yet to require a reboot. The 5G works well for cellular connection. I also love that i can create separate accounts/ passwords for Guest.

Definitely worth the money. Great performance. I would highly recommend for use in multi-level homes.

Had a Linksys router that would sporadically lose connection. After an hour on the phone with tech support i decided to ditch it. This router is excellent. Comes with an app for your phone as well. Great speeds for uploading and downloading. Great for gaming online.

I’ve got a large house with 3 floors, and the router is in the basement. This router gave me a strong signal throughout, and even outside to varying degrees. Easy to set up, and I even noticed my wired connections were faster than through my old router. Highly recommended.

I needed a router that would penetrate 2 levels of a rather large house - this one does the trick.

It's a fast router for sure but mine loses connection several times a month. I have to unplug it and start it back up like once a week. It happens with Fios and Xfinity.

Router handles all the wireless products connected to it. No problem with speed or dropped signals.

This is a good router. It has excellent range and works well. It has a rather large footprint, and the antennas will not stay in place. They will fall, even if tightened. I do like the USB3.0 port, but do not like that it is on the front of the unit. It is one of the better routers that I have owned.
