    I have been looking for a powerful yet affordable wifi route for the house. Signal from my older router just couldn't reach the other side of our house. I always say you get what you pay for. We have tried to overload this with all our devices , it is still strong and as quick as ever. Download speeds and uploads are even faster. It has dual frequency you can choose from.. well worth the money. We use cable internet

    Bought this item last month at a suburban Milwaukee BB for about $110 (after in-store special and $35 gift card use). Router is loaded with all of today's latest technologies -- including beamforming (essentially, focused signal routing). Using both wired and wireless connections. Wi-fi is very good; 5 gHz band is especially strong (works very well with Roku streaming device). Overall, a positive choice.

    I had a Linksys gaming router for the last 4 years and I finally upgraded to this. It has been amazing so far. With old router I couldn't use more than 2 devices without major lag. Now the family and I can use smart phones, tablets, stream netflix, and play videogames all at once and have zero issues with lag/ Connectivity I think this is one of the best routers on the market and it can handle a large amount of devices and the range is great in a house ours is around 1700 sq ft.
