I purchased this router to hopefully provide better wifi coverage in my 3000sqft home. It provides good coverage even around corners and through walls. I was very impressed with how easy this router was to setup. Anyone can set this up without any problem. And I'm equally impressed with how well it accommodates the novice as well as the advanced networking person. Absolutely 100% thoroughly happy with this purchase.

Easy to setup. Really increases the range even for my kids bedrooms which are downstairs.

I was due for a new router. Dramatically increased my speeds. I as only getting around 25 mbps. I have a 50 mbps package and I was hitting 63 when it was installed. It did take awhile for it to turn over. My computers where telling me that it was connected and had signal, but I wasn't getting any internet. Don't let it scare you if it doesn't turn over immediately. I've had it for about a month now.

After reading online reviews, we bought this one. Easy to set up and has great range.

Have used this router for a couple of weeks now, after replacing my old dlink ( router, and have found that is was an excellent replacement for my old router. The signal is much more stable than the last router I had and it seems to have really wide coverage. Also the simultaneous dual bands is a extremely good feature, and it is compatible with wireless ac standard so it should be future proof for a while.

Easy to setup and is a major upgrade from prior model. Reliable so far!

Needed more than I had due to all the things that I have connected. Very easy to set up! It is in my basement and I still get a strong connection on the 2nd floor. You lefty of speed for 3 cell phones, 2 PlayStations, 3 laptops and 3 smart TVs. Little expensive but worth it!

I was looking to improve Wi-Fi in my home as I was using more data on my cell phone then necessary. I stopped into my local BestBuy to look at options, I wound up purchasing this unit to upgrade my older Wi-Fi wireless technology. It installed quickly, very fast speeds, and a great coverage area. I have the unit hooked up in our basement and I can get reception all around the house and outside.

Very easy to set up and works great. It's just a bit bigger than I thought it would be.

I have used Netgear products for many years. I have to say that I think they outdid themselves with this unit. It is very superior to my previous Netgear wireless router that it isn't even funny. Much improved signal strength throughout my home and the transfer speed is phenomenal. I was pretty hesitant about spending so much but, after a couple of weeks, too the plunge. Now, I am sorry that I wated.

Bought it at best buy and one of the best router by far in terms of speed, reception and ease of use.

Best Buy associate helped me choose from many routers. He explained that the newer technology including products coming in the future will need higher capacity for multiple electronics all accessing the network simultaneously. We had been having issues withe the iPad disconnecting but this router fixed that. No issues since. Had it for about 2 months now. We have 5 wireless devices on the network at once.

Great device but not ready yet. I am a Netgear fan and looked forward to this model. NG too eager to be first out of the barn and the firmware proves it. Router hangs randomly requiring reboot. Wireless devices disappear requiring reboot. Recent fw upgrades seem to have addressed many of these issues. Attaching USB 3.0 drive, even an approved one, doesn't work. Folders disappear, strange new folders appear and can't be deleted. Router crashes during streaming from HDD. Hopefully future fw upgrades will resolve HDD issues as well. If you want this slick router, wait another 6 months for firmware fixes to resolve issues.

Got this router to go along with a modem so I could stop paying Optimum's fees for their rentals. I'm glad I did. My internet speeds have been faster & connections strong. As someone who work remotely & received work calls through applications on my work laptop even the quality of my work calls has improved, clearer, little to no static. Internet signal strength is much better. In the beginning the signal kept dropping but I brought a cheap laptop fan & installed accompanying app on a less used device & it has been perfect ever since.

Needed a router quickly, and salesperson really helped. Happy with range and speed.

Purchased Nighthawk one month ago to replace my older router. Achieved speed 5 times faster than with the previous router. Signal is strong, covers the entire apartment approx. 750 sq.ft. I gave it 4 stars because of its big size. I wish it was smaller.

This router was easier to setup than my prior Cisco and is more reliable and faster.

This router is not only easy to set up, it is fast. A great value for the price.

so far so good, this keeps up with all my needs steadily. I got the 4year warrenty in early 2021, hope it holds up till then
