Purchased this as a replacement for my router that took a line surge. This was twice the price of the router I had but is a 100% improvement. Faster downloads, my entire house now has coverage. We had an extender before. I would highly recommend this

We were having trouble reaching all areas of our house with our old router. This router with the ability to position each of the antennae towards different parts of the house helped us immensely. No problems with connections now!

I have been looking for a very fast reliable WiFi router to replace the router supplied by my cable company. This one fits the bill. Very easy initial setup, basic and advanced options are easy to understand and change. The range is the best I have seen from any router I owned in the past. The AC WiFi will be great when I have a device that will use it. (Rumor next iPhone will support AC WiFi). The N speed is great and reliable. Does not seem to have any issues getting signal in the most remote part on the house. The is a great WiFi router and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a new router.

While this is a big device that takes a lot of space, it works very well. I no longer hear complaints from my wife and son about connections on the main floor of the house.. Connection is strong and doesn't drop. Big improvement over previous router.

I used this to set up a wifi network in my parents house and it worked great. I subsequently bought one for my apartment and it is not working as well but that is because of the concrete walls and the intractability of the situation, not this device. This is as good as it gets for 200 bucks, much better than the AirPort Extreme . I recommend it, but it is big, the antennae are kinda crazy looking and 200 is a lot of money but the range dang be beat and it's super easy to set up.

First purchased a different model but had to return it as it was not powerful enough for the whole house. Bought this one instead and am very please with the ease of set up and sale price, plus the extra little bonus right before Christmas was nice!

This router works very well, I had my wi-fi installed in my she'd because I didn't want the tall wi-fi antenna on my house. I was concerned I might have coverage problems in the house, not so. I have signal in all rooms of the house. Great product.

I had a really old N30 router for the longest time and seeing how many devices we keep getting such as phones, tablets, laptops, consoles etc. it was time to have something that can handle all our request and more. This router is amazing and i can see the difference in performance compared to my old one lol, the set up may look intemdating at first, but it easier than it looks and next thing you know you'll have amazing speeds at home! This router can handle so many devices linked to our wifi, every penny was worth it!

I have had several NetGear routers but this one was pretty well worth the extra expense. It connects every smart phone and tablet quickly, but the gaming systems are kinda sluggish, especially when playing multiplayer games. But other than I love it(:

This is a higher end router than I needed, as I don't do much more than surf and email. No streaming anything, no games. But I needed a unit that could serve a large home with many walls between the router and the devices. This one works well for me.

I have owned a nighthawk router before and really liked it. This one is even better and once registered they send you helpful information about how to get the most from your new router. I would definitely recommend this router!

For the audio guys.. I used this router to control our Behringer x32 audio console at FOH from the stage via iPad mini at one of our church campuses. This router has great range and works well with configuring the console to work with it if you're knowledgable of setup.

Due to issues beyond my ken, Alex's expertise (from the Geek Squad) resolved the issues and made the purchase of the 3 products (Nighthawk 1900 Router, Roku 1, Powerline 500 [wireless adapter]) work together. Quite satisfied w/ service & products.

I have my set up in a barn, then that sends to my lil router plug in about 40 feet away. So far so good. seems to send a nice signal. I don't have anything good to say about 5G. Always hard to connect at this distance. I'd skip it on the next one I buy.

I have had this router for over 2 months. So far it has performed flawlessly. We have notice a speed increase. I love the option to connect a USB hard drive to function as a NAS. It actually works faster than my older seagate NAS drive. I recommend it.

I was looking for better coverage for my house. My old router was A Netgear N600 which did a good job for the basement, which is where our "hub" is and the main floor. The problem was poor connectivity on floor two. I opted to upgrade routers to the beam forming technology rather than move our hub to the main floor and I/we have not been disappointed yet. Wi-fi signal is strong on floor two with no breaks in connectivty and admirable speed. My son online games with his laptop and says the difference is night and day with the new router. I can't comment on all of the features as we have simple needs and I haven't played much with customization. The beam forming technology is the key and really does make a big difference. I stuck with Netgear beause of past reliability. It's not the most expensive router out there but isn't cheap either. I still highly recommend it.
