I got this modem to replace an R6200 route that was limiting speed to just over 100 MBPS. This R7000 router allows speeds of over 300 MBPS. The only negitive I see is the on-line router admin pages. Not as easy to use is previous pages.

This router performed better then expeted we live in a rural area thankfully we do have dsl available and it handles 3 smart tv's our dish service and we have had 7 cell phones and 3 laptops connected with out a problem

I've been looking for a decent router to cover my tri-level home for quite some time now. I found my answer in the net gear nighthawk. The price is great and now I have full bars everywhere I go in the house. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this router since the number of devices to be connected has dramatically increased since I purchased the previous router. No disappoint me here! Works like a charm. All devices are accessing the network with excellent speed.

I replaced my Netgear router that I purchased 5 years ago with this router, when the older one quit working. The new router was so simple to set up and has worked perfectly since I installed it. The only downside to purchasing a new router is that it makes you realize how many “smart” products you own. It’s a pain having to reconnect them all to the new router, but that’s not the fault of Netgear.

Seems to work well and have not experienced any problems since installing. Running two desktops (hardwired because we can), two Nooks, multiple cell phones, wireless printer and a Streaming Blu-ray Disc player with Super Wi-Fi with no problems.

Coming from a Netgear N900 router and this thing is worth the upgrade. The N900 was awesome but wasn't enough for our family house littered with wifi devices (12-15). This router does the job and does it great. I get 85 mpbs up and 6 mpbs down which matches with what I pay for (100up/5down). Previous router got the same speed but would have a lot of connectivity issues and required weekly router restarts and also had too small of a range for us. This router fixes all of that. Make sure to use the new cat6 cables though as this helped with up and down speeds.

Bought this after trying a few other ones before and this one by far was the best at extending the range of my wifi. My extender in on the ground floor and I am now getting reception in the basement and upstairs and at awesome speeds!!

Bought this to stream content for 2 tv's ,a game console and computers. 3 multiple broadband users in the house and this router has the ability to meet all our needs.Speed and distance coverage is excellent. Highly recommend the Nighthawk

Super fast compared to our old router and much wider range. Really easy set up too.

We have a large house Router is located in an upstairs office in the back of the house. The 2.4 ghz signal strength is fair/good on the first floor opposite side, 5 ghz not so much. Setting up a repeater downstairs to boost both signals.

This model went down in price because a 1.1GHz one has released. After reading the online reviews, it seems this model is much better and with the reduced cost, it is value for money.

this is by far one of the good routers. 200 dollars may seem alot for most people but you have to remember you get what you pay for. if your looking for constant fast internet speed at long ranger then this is one of the routers to get.

I love this router. I was having trouble with my internet and my internet provider told me I needed a new router. I went to Best Buy and the guy told me if I was doing a lot of movie streaming (we don't have dish or cable, just use Roku to stream everything) that I needed a gaming router that was really fast. He talked me into this one. I was sure he just did it because I was a woman and he figured he could "upsell" me. When I got it home, the instructions said it was really easy. Again, I was thinking to myself, "sure, that's what these devices always say". It took a couple of tries for the router and my internet dish to find each other, but once they did, it was amazing. The app popped up on my ipad and completely walked me through the entire process. It even upgraded the firmware. The connection on 3 TVs, 3 Rokus, 2 computers, an Ipad and 2 cell phones, was the easiest I have ever had. My internet works great and never stops to buffer. I don't get kicked off anymore, and the internet pages load super fast. My spouse, who works from home, had stopped working from home because the internet was so slow. But with this router, he has started working from home again and says that the internet is working super fast for him. I am so glad the guy at Best Buy recommended this router. It has made an amazing difference in my internet speed, streaming movies and music. LOVE IT!

I wanted to replace my old Belkin F5D8235 router due to frequent disconnect and slow speed over wifi. I was looking in to alternative and found the Nighthawk router for my needs. Which is having three antennas which actually covers my entire home. Even at remote location, where I get poor signal strength, I'm actually getting the proper speed to continue my work. This router even gives the highest possible bandwidth to surf the web, youtube video streaming while I'm playing game on my xbox. In other words, I can say it is having great value for money.

The range is no better than the 600n router it replaced, but overall I am glad we got this one. We stream videos, and being able to set up the router so that it prioritizes video makes that process faster and more reliable. It was very easy to set up, very nice router.

I needed to update my router. I decided to go with the NetGear Nighthawk. My streaming is now faster. Also, I do not constantly have to reset if more than 2 devices are using the wireless system. Best of all, I was able to install on my own.

Excellent product. I have been using this for a month with no problems. It is really fast since I have good speed from the internet provider. I really like that it can handle so many different devices at one time.

We had a netgear abd it just didnt cut it. Btween phones, gaming consoles, netflix, and the pabdora on my wifes fridge it was always bugging and locking up. NOT WITH THIS GUY!!! Never have issues and never have to worry about a thing.
